My main stylist was unavailable and I was out of time and needed to look human again quickly and are heading out of town . I picked " first available " and got Angela. She did a great job and was fun to talk to! It so happened my main stylist was working in the next chair and friendly funny banter was shared between us all! What a fun time time at this Hair Cuttery! Everyone is happy, friendly and cute hair really well! Merry Christmas!

Just wanted to update my review... We still love coming here:) Ashley is the absolute best! As well as Angela and Luisia ( please forgive me if spelling incorrect!) Thank you for taking care of my Mom and Daughter, it means the world:) Also shout out to Joe for helping schedule our appointments...I can see why you're always booked too;) Amazing team🩵👍 Katelyn listened and did a wonderful job with my daughter's hair. Bangs can be tricky and she got the length perfect! Thank you for refreshing her look with a great wash, cut, and blow dry!

I love Ashley! I've been going to her for years! Amazing stylist at a more reasonable price (so that more money can go to a tip, in my opinion, than a fancy salon space).

I have been coming to this salon for over a year now. So far all stylists that had done my hair did an amazing job, exceeded my expectations even.....until today. I made an appointment, was assigned to Madelyn. I explained what I wanted to do, and she was at first consultative...but then she kept repeating that what I wanted to do to my hair was not worth it, and that it was a lot of work for her and for me. Kept saying it would cost me a lot. And kept pushing me to do something else. She assumed I had done my color at a different salon, when all the while I had been coming to this one...I feel like I understand, to a certain extent, when hair stylists advice on haircare, but at the same time, I felt like she had made up her mind, and was not trying to get me to where I wanted to be. I had been waiting to do my hair for months, were looking forward to some me time for a change...this really put a damper, as I felt unheard, and like she did not want to put work into my hair? Not to mention like, at a point, I felt she was assuming a price tag I would be able to afford? She did end up cutting my hair, did some foils, and colored my roots. It looks really good, but the whole process was like pulling teeth and I had to ask her to do things....I feel like as an experienced hairdresser she would know...maybe it was that it was our first time...we shall see🤷‍♀️

Walk in, asked if I have a reservation, respond no, told I would be helped, after waiting 45 minutes, I am then told by the same person, sorry we don't have time.... you couldn't have known that when I walked in and said I didn't have a reservation? Especially when no one else came in?

I don’t recommend to get a haircut over here I asked for a long layered haircut but it looks like awful like a kindergartner cut it

Joey did an amazing job with my foils. My highlights turned out great. He was very personable and I will definitely be requesting him on my next visit.

What a great to have someone from and shape this beard. It’s not too long but for whatever reason trimming it back to a ‘2’ and putting an edge of sorts makes a huge difference. Nice work Madalynn!!

I made an appointment for color with full foils and a cut. When I arrived, I was taken back to the chair and showed her a photo of what I was going for - I told her I had an appoinment. There appreared to be a language disconnect - when she was done with the cut and color and I had shown her the photo again (not what I wanted and no foils) I asked her if she had looked at the photo and she said, she glanced at it! As I was leaving she looked in the computer and told me she was sorry, and if I wanted the foils, she could do them. I tipped her and left! I will not be going back.

I had taken my son to get a haircut at another place and was not happy! Ashley did an amazing job fixing it and I felt so at ease with her. I will be taking my son there again for sure!! Thank you Ashley!

Another great experience at Hair Cuttery! Kistin does a great job with my color, cut and blow dry. The price is right too! The salon is always clean and bright. The music was great too lol. So happy I found Hair Cuttery and Kistin!

First visit was good. Second visit, yesterday, was totally forgettable and lacking. What's the point of booking their most expensive Senior Designer II, Alina, if she forgets that their "Signature Cut" "includes relaxing shampoo and conditioner"?? Suddenly she was done and as I was paying; I mentioned the forgotten part of the "Designer Cut". Only then - and I was literally out of the door - when she offered the "relaxing shampoo and conditioner".....!! Stick with the less expensive junior hairdressers, or go elsewhere. They have better memory and treat their customers better.

Thank you so much Joseph! Had breakfast nextdoor and noticed that the salon was open nice and early at around 8 am I needed my hair cut badly. So I went in to see if I could get a cut. He took me a d took his time cutting my hair with skill. It looks and feels wonderful. Lost about three inches I am from Pittsburgh Pa so coming back will not be possible but if I lived here I would be returning
