JALISA ( SORRY IF MISPELLED), Understood the assignment! My nephew was so scared to cut his hair. He left the shop with a puffed out chest! Nice atmosphere. Clean, bright, very sweet girls.

Disappointed by the service. I went for Keratin treatment which is expensive and within 1 wash, after 2 days my hairs lost the shine, it’s not at all freeze free, not manageable and no where near to straight. And the stylist made me believe that’s what they offer in their service. Loss of money and time.

It’s amazing to me that a salon that offers kids haircuts employs hair stylists that treat the parents & children so poorly. I will never go to this salon again & I certainly will *never* subject my children to the employees here ever again. If I could rate it a zero, I would. I’d never before been to a salon & be treated like an inconvenience. Poor customer service. No customer relation. Go somewhere else & enjoy your experience

So the last time I got a professional haircut was October 2022. But I finally decided to do something for myself and chose the stylist Alicia on a whim because of her profile on the Hair Cuttery website. When I walked in the woman who greeted me was lovely and personable. My experience with Alicia was great! Super personable and knowledgeable!

Very disappointed with my service. I did not get the person that I scheduled with, who I have gone to multiple times. The hair stylist that I did get sprayed my entire face to trim my bangs..chuckled at the fact and cleaned my face after awhile..then unfortunately made my bangs uneven, continued for some reason to cut the side that was already shorter? Then sprayed my entire face AGAIN, but with hairspray instead of placing her hand or towel to help block it. Never going back. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Wow .. I mean WOW! I came from a salon that I paid over $600 for that destroyed my hair. I googled salons and Hair Cuttery came up as a well reviewed salon. I was lucky enough to get scheduled with Breeanna! She’s a gem! She listened and took care of all of my hair concerns! I am very much looking forward to seeing her again!

I surprised my mom by bringing her in for a perm. She's a retired master stylist and colorist of 35 years and she's extremely happy with the results of her perm.Alisha (hoping I spelt that right) was INCREDIBLE. My mom said there's not a single bent hair in her perm which is hard to do with her hair. She's absolutely over the moon happy with the result of her perm. Alisha did so perfect and met my mom's expectation. I'm so happy that she was able to make my mom as happy as she is. Not only does she know what she's doing, she's easy to talk to, easy going, efficient, she may be fast to some people but I promise you she's covering all bases without having you stuck in a chair all day. You won't be disappointed with the great service she provides. I did realize something that I find to be a bit sneaky and for that, I'm reducing a star. My tip percentage was based on overall total. This was after ringing up the product I purchased. I find that pretty messed up. Tipping on product isn't ok. The service and product should be rang up separately. How do I go about getting $10 back?

The stylist charged for a wash even though my 94 year old aunt was not able to lean back on the wash basin. She used a spray in shampoo. Her hair is pixie short and therefore should be charged for a men's haircut & senior discount. Stop nickeling & diming senior citizens

Breeanna is fabulous! Very professional and patient while I shared pictures of how I thought about cutting my hair very short. She did an amazing job, and I will definitely try to book with her every time! She gives a great shampoo, too! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Breeanna.

I made an appointment for eyebrow waxing. I show up for my appointment and was told I should have received a phone call letting me know my appointment was canceled because the stylist I was booked with had an emergency. I never received a phone call and never booked with a specific stylist, I usually go with first available. One of the ladies in there said she couldn’t do my waxing because her hair color appointment just showed up and the two ladies that were working that day were discussing it amongst themselves. I feel like I was turned away because I wasn’t getting an expensive service.

Today was my first time at this salon and i am very satisfied with my hair and I’m happy i chose to come here. This is a picture of my hair before and after ! It’s almost fall and i wanted a color change so i came here! Trish was the stylist who did my hair she was the older woman in the salon , she’s amazing she styled and changed my hair color for me. Her personality is amazing and she definitely cares to make sure customers leave the chair happy. I will definitely be coming back

I asked for bangs. I told her that I was very nervous bc I haven’t had bangs in a long time. I told her I wanted them thin and to come below the eyebrows. I’ve cried a total of 5 times already today since I got home. I’ve never hated my hair so much. I will be wearing a head band every single day for the next few months.
