I kind of had an emergency situation when the original salon I was scheduled with screwed up my appointment.. I called Hair Cuttery hoping they would squeeze me in with such short notice. They told me to head on in and Queena did my hair which turned out amazing. She literally saved the day! I will be returning.

Unfortunately it wasn’t the same experience as a few years ago. Ashlyn didn’t seem to have the experience to straighten curly hair. I left with very puffy hair which if I hadn’t mention how I felt about it she wouldn’t had recommended me cutting some “slit ends off”. Split ends that I never found. Prior to the service starting I mentioned I have really curly hair and it’s not easy to do which is why I pay people to do it.

first time to Hair Cuttery but not the last. I had a great lasting experience with the staff. I came to meet Tatiana for a consult but I left out looking and feeling wonderful. You see I moved from up North looking for a hairstylist that would cut my hair the way I wanted. I have met about 4 I believe (lost count) and not any of them Understood the assignment. I talked with Tatiana and She got it right the first time. She is #1 in my book. The staff is just wonderful. It is such a pleasant environment. Everyone is so friendly and get along wonderfully. You will be laughing too. The prices are great the service is the Best and The customer Service #1! If you dont believe me stop by and see for yourself. I may see you there! Happy Holidays!

The Staff are very nice and attentive. They are so happy taking care of their client's hair and they make sure that their clients look good. The place is clean and smell clean. That is IMPORTANT to me. :)

I scheduled a haircut appointment and went to the salon to ensure there was a specialist who could accommodate my request. The receptionist mentioned that a specific lady named (Spanish name) was skilled at giving precise haircuts, but she was not available until 4:15pm. I decided to wait and return at that time. When I arrived, an Asian lady finishing up with her client offered to help me. I explained that I was waiting for my appointment with someone else. After a few minutes on the computer, she informed me that she would be taking care of me. When I asked if she could replicate the haircut in the picture I showed her, she struggled to understand due to limited English proficiency. She said “ Thats not her on the picture “ Despite my efforts to clarify, she still seemed confused. I requested to speak with another stylist and receive help from someone else due to the language barrier. It was clear that there was a communication issue at hand. She approached another woman (Spanish-speaking) and spoke negatively about me in front of me from a distance. Another woman entered and stated that an Asian woman would be cutting my hair as no other stylist was available. Despite the fact that she was sitting without a client and I was originally assigned a Spanish-speaking stylist for my haircut. Furthermore, I expressed my concerns about feeling uncomfortable with someone who doesn't speak English, doesn't understand the haircut I want, and clearly doesn't care about my preferences. Essentially, I was informed that if I didn't want to deal with the Asian stylist, there was no haircut available for me at that location. I just left the business

Tati is AMAZING!!!! She always does my hair cuts to perfectionnnn, is very knowledgeable and takes such good care of me and my hair. It is so rare to find such a great stylist for curly heads. Definitely recommend Tati for any curly head!!! Thanks Tati ❤️

I called customer service while at the salon to make sure I understood the policy of a blow dry included with color services, of which the statement is listed on a poster by the checkout but not adhered to by the salon "professional" who did our service today; Joel. He said it would be $132 for my daughter's color services, and leave w/ wet hair, but $188 if she wanted her hair blown dry after the coloring. I said no to the $188 because a $56 blow dry at Hair Cuttery just didn't sit right with me. However while waiting for her to process, I looked up and read the salon policies and asked the girl at the counter about it compared to what Joel told me. She said, "Hmmm, it's really up to each stylist how they want to do it." No, I said politely, it's a corporate standard written right above you. And she looked at it and shrugged and walked right up to Joel and began talking to him about what I asked her about. How childish and unprofessional. He then just stopped doing my daughter's hair and stood with his arms crossed glaring at me. Instead of saying; you're right, all color services DO include a shampoo, condition, and blow dry; my bad...I made a mistake when i told you it would be $56 more!! Nope. When i told them the customer service team over the phone said yes a blow dry is included he just said no that is only with a package ok? Which is totally not true!! It clearly states "all color services" include a blow dry....right...how else could you see your true color result to see if you even liked it?? When we got home I see the sad job and patchy coloration of the work he did. I'm so sad paying this price and looking at the level of work done.

Joel was very rude to me and I don't think I'll be back to this hair cuttery. He styled my hair the way he wanted to style it not the way I wanted it styled. Additionally he cut my hair before he washed it. I've never had that done before. They always wash hair then cut it. He got rude and nasty when I asked him to curl my hair under....as it was supposed to be a Bob cut. I doubt I'll go back there again. There's way too many salons in this area to choose from.

I've been seeing Emily Bagley for a couple years now and can confidently say- I have found my(and my daughters) stylist for life. Not only does she give incredible cuts and styles, she's great with advice on how to maintain what she does in the chair, doesn't charge an arm and a leg for long, thick hair, AND is an absolute pleasure to talk to. She's also a great sounding board for all those styles you're interested in trying but aren't totally sure about. Book her now and thank me later!

I went in for a classic blowout but left with pin straight hair and an experience with a stylist who couldn’t handle my hair. My hair is long (just above my butt) and thick which you can clearly see from the moment I walk into the shop. This stylist saw my hair, walked to the register and said that my service will be $55. We did the wash and when came time for the blow dry she lacked the experience dealing with my long thick hair so she ended up using a flat iron on top of the blow dry. I ended up with pin straight, flat ironed hair, with no brush styling as advertised- which I could’ve done for myself at home, but it was my baby shower day and I wanted a nice blow out so I thought I’d treat myself. At the end I was told that she had to add an additional fee because of my length and that she was not going to charge me for flat ironing my hair, a service I never asked for. On top of this, not enough moisturizer was used for my hair type after my wash so all throughout my service I heard hair strands bursting and even felt some being pulled from their roots. I ended up spending 1.5 hrs there and paying almost $100 for a service I could’ve done at home in 30 mins for free- again something I was trying to avoid. Like I said it was my baby shower day and I just did not have the time or patience to argue this but it’s wrong and there should be some sort of accountability on your end.

Emily, is extremely professional and has a abundance of cosmetology knowledge. She knows exactly what you want. Is a great listener and I would never request a different hair stylist, I would wait until she was available again to have her cut my hair.
