I had a really great experience getting my hair cut here with Puichi, she did a great job of consulting me on what i was looking for. We went over my inspiration photos for my haircut and when she got started she talked me through all the steps and made sure i was comfortable with her.

Avoid Ashley at all costs! I went in with long hair and left with uneven, choppy, short hair. Not only did she do a terrible job she’s also rough and pulls at your hair. I showed her a reference picture and confirmed with her multiple times, I wanted shoulder length hair. This woman went ahead and did what she wanted anyway. She asked me if I wanted a “stacked” hairstyle I told her no just a straight cut. I confronted her about how short she was getting with my hair and she said “that’s what you wanted” I showed her a picture once again. She still kept going. And did what she wanted anyway. This lady does not listen to what you want! I went in at 12:30 and didn’t get to leave until 2:45. She still wanted me to return to finish the terrible job she’d done. I left in tears. If you’re not qualified to do a simple, basic haircut this isn’t the place for you. Customers shouldn’t have to worry with who they book with all should be qualified. This is why people have trust issues with stylists. Never will return to this place again. Worst experience ever.

I got an amazing haircut by Scott! I’m always a little worried going to get my haircut because I’m 31 and my hair is slowly but surely thinning. He took his time and did a great job styling it. Best haircut I’ve had in years! I have another appointment in 5 weeks!

I am normally not this person, but I had come in from one already bad haircut and left with something worse. I had a weird shag mullet going on and I was very upfront with knowing it would probably need to be shorter, but I showed multiple photos of how I liked my hair and wanted it to be fixed. I just needed some layers and blended on the sides. But mostly, it needed some length gone on the back. Instead, I left with hair short as can be pixie cut that makes me look like an 75 year old grandma going to church. It is nothing like what I had described, and so much weight was taken. So, now my normally thick hair is thin, and I'm wearing a wig ,even in my own home, because I cry when I look in the mirror. If you are interested in a specific style, do not come here. They seem to specialize in one type of look for the area, and that is about it.
