$27 is too rich for my blood JS, I typed in haircut near me and figured it’s like a commercial haircut place can’t be more 15 20 max, Nice conversation and haircut a normal 5 minute, I won’t be back for the three dollar off Tuesday 😂sorry 🍻

Went in the first time to get my bangs trim. Maria was very professional and explained everything to me and I also asked about other services and very helpful. Been down to Florida for three years and haven’t found a hair place like my place in New York. I think I did.

I just get a simple hair cut and shampoo. The haircuts are good and I'm happy with them. Prices are fair. What I dislike is waiting when I've made an appointment. A short wait is acceptable but this is not a short wait I'm talking about.

Hair cut was fine and got what i asked for, but stylist wasn't exactly friendly. Not talkative, which is fine i get it, but almost seemed cold. First i was lectured for wearing a hoodie to a haircut. Oops, I guess. My bad. Oh well. And then during the shampoo, stylist has to leave to answer the phone. Not a problem. I get it. And then while stylist was finishing up the shampoo, she mentions that "oh by the way, we offer waxings here" which to me I took as her passive aggressively telling me I need my eyebrows done. Not a very necessary comment in my opinion. The hair cut was QUICK. Maybe five minutes of combing and yanking and cutting and it was done. Checkout was quick although i noticed the tip screen didnt tell you how much you were tipping, just percentage and didnt give you a total. In summary, haircut turned out fine but it was just a strange vibe and customer service could be a LOT better. Did not get the same five star friendliness and care other reviewers described.

My 6 year old son needed a hair cut before our vacation the next day and it was nearly 8:15 pm - last minute, I know! I got caught up with an urgent work matter then was scrambling to find somewhere open that could fit them in. I called and Ashley picked up. She was empathetic and welcoming. I rushed over and got him in. Ashley cut his hair and was extremely meticulous and patient. She was also very friendly and my son really enjoyed his time with her. Plus the hair cut was awesome 🙌. I highly recommend her and this location! Thanks Ashley. You rock 👊

My grandma was going to Nora for many years. Sadly, my family lost my grandma yesterday. I called Hair Cuttery for the exact mixture so the funeral home could do her hair how she liked it. The staff was the absolute best! They provided to me everything we needed to make my grandmas hair perfect. When I showed up, the sense of care and the wishes for my family were so heartfelt. I see why my grandma was going here for so many years. On behalf of my family, we thank to everyone at this location. My grandma will still be beautiful as always when we have to say our final goodbyes.

I only asked for a simple bang trim, keep the back length, and keep the layers. My stylist proceeds to cut my bangs, which I asked for, and then cut the rest of my hair. She cut off 3 inches of hair that I did not ask to be cut. I was trying to grow it out and “keep the length”. And the layers that I said I wanted to keep are no longer visible. I have two layers at most, short and medium length. So thank you for the job I did not ask for and did not want. And when I tried calling no one picked up and the automated service was able to transfer me to the manager. I was the only caller and waited for 5 minutes for them to pick up. And then when they did pick up they left the phone unattended as the workers chatted. I tried getting their attention but no one answered. And as they were getting back to the phone they just hung up. So the phone service was absolutely trash . Please do better and actually listen to the customer.

Ladies were very nice but the stylist my young adult son had was not experienced and needed help from another employee. The clipper cut wasn't so bad but not what he wanted or asked for.

The hair dresser was very nice however I am not happy with my cut. The hair is extremely uneven. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it looks nothing like that. 😭

This is not meant as a negative review but more as advice. I had my hair done by Nohora, nice lady but definite language barrier. If you can't converse in Spanish you probably won't get what you are looking for - that sadly was my case.
