Don't use Cristina Senior design stylist. She was way too rough with the shampoo, condition and comb out. I asked for a simple straight trim, my hair is all 1 length and straight. She yanked the hair out of my head when combing through it. Most stylists would spray a conditioner on it if they were having trouble combing it after washing. I don't know if she was in a hurry to finish with me or what. The entire haircut only lasted less than 10 minutes. I have come to the LN hair Cuttery since they opened but she was really the worst stylist I have ever had. She didn't even check if they hair was the same length on both sides of my part. I had to remind her.

Karheema was wonderful. She was so gentle while doing my perm and haircut. The perm and cut turned out beautifully! I feel like I have a full head of hair again! I'm so glad she was available and I loved how well everything turned out!!!

The quality of service has deteriorated too much. It looks like hair Cuttery.now is a training institute. I have to find another place for future. The hair looks like its done by an immature stylist.

The schedule is to close at 6 pm. The woman turned me away at 4:30pm, claiming that most of the stylists were leaving in 10 minutes and only two stay later, so they did not have time to give me a haircut.

They are very unprofessional and not confident enough. I went to cut my long hair and they got confused although I clearly told them to do the front layers and u shape on the back. But what they did was really upsetting to me. I didn’t feel that they cut my hair. I will never go there

Terrible Experience at Hair Cuttery Lake Nona Plaza I’m reaching out because I’m really upset about my recent experience at Hair Cuttery in Lake Nona Plaza. I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years and have left five-star reviews in the past because I was so happy with their service. I can’t believe I’m writing this now, but they completely destroyed my hair, and I need to address it urgently. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I can’t stay quiet this time. I’ve given this salon many chances, but after my favorite stylists left, the quality has plummeted. Most recently, I had my hair done by Zuheydee, and it was a disaster. I brought in a picture for a haircut, but what I got was nothing like it. The cut is way shorter than I asked for, and I’m left with a style I can’t fix. My balayage I got there a month ago is now invisible in the back because my hair is so short. When I pointed out that it was shorter than I wanted, Zuheydee argued that it matched the picture. I felt completely dismissed. They even washed my hair with no conditioner, which just added to my frustration. I’m in shock about how my hair looks and really want to talk to someone about this. I don’t want any further services from this salon; I just don’t trust anyone there anymore. Please take this seriously—I’m really hoping for a response. Thank you.

Cristina is amazing with a pair of scissors. I never was a fan of cutting my hair until I met her. She cuts exactly what you ask and will give you her recommendation prior to cutting any more than originally asked. I have been getting haircuts from her for the past 9 years and she brings my hair back to life every time. I have curly hair and everyone before her always chopped off more than I wanted. I moved to Tampa 2 years ago and am driving to Orlando tomorrow just for a cut from her.

Let me preface this by saying that this is the first time I’ve ever bleached/colored my hair and therefore the first time I’ve been to a salon for color service. It is most likely my last. I went in for a balayage and after showing many pictures to the stylist we came up with a game plan and it sounded great. Fast forward to the final result that unfortunately is not great. My hair is much lighter than stated it would be per the stylist and instead of a balayage, my hair looks like it had been bleached and then just left to grow out. About 90% of my hair is blonde, which is not what I had wanted, and there is no blending out from my natural brown color. There are hard lines of demarcation all over. I didn’t really notice that until I got home and got a good hard look at the travesty that is now my hair. I can’t even pull it back to hide any of it because it’s so bad all over. I am going on vacation at the end of next week and cannot go with it looking like this. Luckily a friend who used to do hair is going to help me fix it before I go. I cannot believe I spent so much money on this (more than the $158 stated on the website which is completely deceptive) and now have to spend more to fix it. Very unhappy but giving 2 stars because she was very friendly and gave my hair the trim I wanted. Edit: Spoke to shop owner who issued a refund. She was very helpful and very understanding.

Impressively impressed I had my sister go to get her hair done. Wanda was her hairstylist she explain to her incredibly the process from the beginning until the end did balayage with color and haircut with blowdry and it came out fantastic. She is so happy she would definitely be back, she has been to other hair salons and never has been so happy like she is now thanks Wanda I’ll will definitely recommend you.
