Never Never again I will I return to this salon!!! The lady gave a horrible haircut to my 12 year old son..She didn't listen to any of the instructions we gave her..She did the opposite of what we told her in other words...She chopped of his hair and it came out horrible. My son came out of the salon very upset!!! Very very disappointed. I learned my lesson never to try new places!!!!!

my sister and i went yesterday as walk-ins to cut our hair. we both have hard to work with long curly hair and the ladies that helped us out were amazing! they worked efficiently and had great personalities. we got exactly what we asked for and were always asked if we liked the cut as the process proceeded! the energy when you walk in is amazing, it’s so welcoming and you can tell they work hard to keep the place clean and safe. i don’t remember their names and i’m so sorry ab that! one was a lady with pink and purple hair w/ piercings and the other was a black lady with a bob and straight hair. they’re the best! all this for just $28 per cut is crazy! honestly the best bang for your buck here in miami.

Ali and the staff were amazing!!!! I hardly leave reviews but I felt she deserved this. She and the staff were so kind to my kids and did such an incredible job on my son today. Ali was amazing with my son who is 5 and made him feel so comfortable. He walked out with exactly what he wanted and felt so confident which is so important for anyone when leaving a salon. We will definitely be back!!!

Ashliegh was amazing, she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! She also taught me how do my hair like she did. She even educated me about my hair texture and how to care for it properly. Overall she had great knowledge and was so pleasant. She's a real gem :)

I have been coming to this location for over a year now, and Roxanne always has me walking out gorgeous! I usually come for highlights, gray roots touch up, and a cut and I’m never disappointed. If I’m needing to be seen in a squeeze she often finds a way to accommodate me. It’s a wonderful thing when you can find a reliable, professional, and caring stylist!

I normally don’t bother writing negative reviews, but I do feel like this is a necessary one. I booked an appointment for a curly cut assuming that’s what I would get. When I got to my appointment I found that was not the case. It was obvious from the start that the lady who did my hair had no clue how to do thick curly hair. She yanked and pulled at my hair making snark remarks about the frizz and how nappy it was. Half way through her brushing it out I informed her that I wouldn’t be getting a cut after all to which she threw down the brush and glared at me. I went there to feel good and instead left the place in tears and felt degraded. I just don’t feel like they should be able to offer a service they cannot provide. Not only is it misleading but also damaging.

Dios si piensan hacerle un corte de cabello pregunten muy bien antes, Fuy con mi cabellera larga voy a mostrar mis fotos de antes y después para realizarme un corte suave en V , le expliqué a la peluquera Aly que solo quería 5 cm máximo y por dios la sorpresa al mirar mi cabello cuando mire por el espejo, Me destruyó mi cabello, y es el momento que estoy esperando que esta peluquería me llamen a darme una solución para este daño que me hicieron

Roxanne is the bomb! This is my second time with her, but I have been coming here for years- Roxanne listened to what I wanted, was very friendly, was able to explain things. I received a wash with conditioner treatment that left my hair feeling fabulous! Cut, dry and style, I walked out feeling 20 years younger. My husband enjoyed the new do! Thank you Roxanne, I will definitely be returning more frequently!
