No waiting you make an appointment and you are taken on time, Gloria listens to what you want and works her magic. She's very gifted, friendly and makes you laugh. Definitely going to her again.

I had an 11 am appointment today and had to wait for 1 hours before I could get my hair cut. The prof told me that the system had double booked at that time by mistake. There were people who walked in after me without an appt and went in before me. It was a frustrating experience. I don't think I'll be going back to the aramingo shop after this.

Only one stylist was able to ever get my hair how I wanted. My stylist treated my hair like it was pin-straight rather than voluminous. Choppy, hardly blended, doesn’t match the photo I provided at ALL. I wonder if I can sue for emotional damage.

Def ask for Tracy if you go. I have to say Tracy is the best. I always love my hair and feel amazing. She is so relatable and I look forward to getting my hair done each time.

Highly recommend Tracy L. She's the type of stylist who listens to her clients needs and wants and then somehow is able to incorporate it all into an amazing finished product. She's honest about what your hair can and can not handle. If you want something your hair can't handle at the moment, she will work with you to get your hair to the place it needs to be. Specializes in color and color correction.

Went to Tracy for a hair cut, dye, and highlight. She listened to what I wanted, the blond was perfect, and the finishing blowout looked great! Tracy was also easy to talk to.

CeeCee Scott is the best! Not only did she give me a great cut, but she was so personable and funny and we had such a nice chat. It was like chillin with a friend, honestly. She recommended some great products to me. I didn’t want to spend the money today but I’ll definitely be back and make sure I ask for her by name!

I recently had my hair done here and it was an amazing experience. I went in with doubts because I've never done a bleaching and having curly hair I was nervous on the texture after the bleaching. My stylist made sure to make me comfortable and reassured me through the entire process!!!! Going from brunette to blonde was a big change but I love it!!!! It came out perfect! Thank you Ceecee!!!

This Hair Cuttery is pretty nice. Ample parking, friendly staff and wait times are generally around or under 15 minutes. Cici is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable about different hair types and is super gentle with my fragile hair. She’s also recommended at home products and treatments that have worked well to strengthen and improve my hair that were in my budget.

Tracy was fantastic and did a great job fixing my hair! I’d been cutting it myself for a while and needed a professional cut. I’m very pleased with my new cut and my hair looks and feels great. I’d highly recommend and will return!

I don’t know if my stylist Charito hasn’t dealt with curly hair before but I am quite disappointed in my haircut. I even opted for a more senior stylist because I hoped for a better result. In fairness I had a lot of dead ends and did ask for them to be taken care of. But you don’t cut curly hair wet, or when it’s straightened out; my stylist did both. Resulting in an extremely choppy cut. I’m not really pleased with how she did any of my hair. She went against my natural side part instead opting for a middle part, asked me if I wanted it blow dried and I said yes I prefer doing a blowout then proceeded to use a straightening iron with very little protective spray so even after that cut I still have split ends. Then even after the straight iron she continued to cut more hair. Now I’m on the hunt for extensions. This was my last haircut before my wedding too.

I've visited all the major hair cutting chains in the Philadelphia area. This was by far the worst experience for the highest price. The stylist was nice enough, but sure seemed in a hurry to do all the cutting with clippers, like she didnt want to earn the $30 i paid for what felt like someone cutting my hair by using a lawn mower. She didn't even complete detail work and left some areas quite uneven and sticking out. My hair was super long, and I had to trim long pieces behind my ears she didn't do. Price was outrageous for the quality of service. They weren't busy, so I dont know what her problem was. She still was given almost a 30% tip because I work in the service industry myself and know what it is like. Stick with one of the other major chains, or consider a local stylist/barershop.

Walked in at 8:15 and and told me they are booked for the whole day. The place was completely empty. Says walk ins welcome on the door ???????? Glad I took time to drive over here
