I’m a home care aid and I take care of my neighbor she had sever matted hair at the top of her head and I did not know what else to do! So I booked an appointment brang her in and after 4 hours of tugging, brushing, and cutting finally got her hair back to normal and she’s is so happy! Thank you so so much! Amazing services!

Tiesha really took such great care of my hair after a long winter break. I got a shampoo, cut, and blow dry with a cibu treatment and it was so worth the extra $20. My hair feels super refreshed and is super shiney. Thank you so much!!

it was my first time here. Caitlyn did a great job. Was told at check out that my $15 haircut coupon was not valid on the weekends which I felt was absolutely BS! So instead of paying $15 I wound up paying $30 with a $10 tip never going back. 40$!!! I Do not recommend. DO Not go here.

I reached out to this salon to help me with matted and tangled hair during the busy holiday season. I’ve been growing my hair for roughly 2 years. I spent a couple of months wearing a hat throughout the day which caused my issue. Brianna patiently worked to detangle my hair adhering to my specific request not to cut my hair if possible. It was a lengthy process but it was well worth it because it was long overdue. Afterwards, I did have them blow dry and flat iron my hair. After my first wash, I received compliments on how healthy my hair looks. I’m glad I didn’t decide to just cut it off. I felt like I was in capable hands the entire time. The entire staff was friendly and professional. A big thank you to the team and especially to Brianna.

As someone who has had bad experiences with hairdressers in the past, the ONLY person I trust with my hair now is Gigi! Some stylists in the past were overwhelmed with the amount of wild hair I have but not Gigi. She has tamed my hair multiple times; leaving it straight, shiny, and most importantly still healthy! She works fast without skipping out on anything. You can tell she truly cares about your hair and making sure you are 100% happy and comfortable. Relaxers are hard to perfect but she has it down to a science! Worth every single penny!

Gigi was great I looked and the reviews and seen that Gigi was most recommended so I booked with her and she really did an amazing job on my hair I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she spoke with me about it and made sure it was what I wanted and my hair came out exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely recommend her!

I recently visited Hair Cuttery in Roosevelt Mall to get my hair washed and have a classic blowout. The stylist I was going to see was ill, so Cassie took care of me. It was the third visit at which she's been my stylist, and I couldn't be happier. Not only is she a talented stylist, but she is also a warm, friendly person to interact with.

I usually come to hair cuttery twice a year because it’s close and convenient and I don’t get hair cuts often. Although I did not originally book with Gigi, I got reassigned for my appointment and had a good experience! Got some awesome layers and a nice blowout!

After having another salon cancel on me just hours before my appointment, I started looking at reviews for different salons and I came across glowing reviews for GiGi. I booked her and just hours later she was doing her thing. These photos don’t even do justice for what she was able to articulate in just a few hours. She was very welcoming and made me very comfortable from the minute she took me back. She asked questions and she was able to give me exactly what I wanted in a timely fashion. My hair is long and it’s extremely thick. Most stylists are intimidated by the amount of hair I have, GiGi was not. She cared that I was happy and she cared about my time and made sure I wasn’t sitting too long. My family has been telling me how great my hair looks from the time I finished my appointment!

Book with Taylor! She’s excellent It’s hard to find someone who listens to what you want and she not only does that, she’ll stop along the way while cutting to show you what she’s doing to make sure you like it! I’ve sent a couple ppl her way and I’ve never done that with any other stylist I’ve had she won’t disappoint

I got my hair cut from GiGi today. She is lovely. Such an amazing customer service. She walked me through every step while cutting my hair, which helped a lot. I am so happy with my cut. 100 times better than expected ❤️❤️.

I just came from there, I had the pleasure of having Gigi as my stylist. She was absolutely awesome! She asked questions about how I wanted to wear it how much I wanted cut, all kinds of stuff. She did this because she is very experienced and wants her clients to be completely satisfied with their experience. I must say, by far, this was my BEST experience at a salon ever! She explained what we should do for a certain look, and the other options for my cut. She is amazing...her name is Gigi and she's now "my stylist"! Linda McElroy

My client was Gigi and i must say i loved my hair cut! My hair is super straight and she gave me a short bob ewith lots of body in the back. I got so many compliments leaving the salon. She is by far the best hair dresser ive ever had. Definitely I recomend Gigi.

I went to hair Cuttery for something different for my hair I wanted to dye it burgundy red I love it. Thanks Angelica u did a fantastic job u took the time and patience with my hair u are not like any other person who would do my hair how I wanted. I've been a customer for many many years and I've never been disappointed. Everyone is very proffessional, and kind. the salon is always very welcoming, and clean. My hair stylist Angelica is awesome. It's as if we've known each other for years. I always see her with a smile on her face, and she knows exactly how I like my hair cut. We took my grandson here for his very 1st haircut today. Marissa was absolutely amazing with him & our family. She was kind, patient & engaging with all of us. I will definitely be bringing him to see her again. Thanks again! Upadate: We took our grandson back to see Marissa again last night for his 2nd haircut.
