My daughter got her hair cut trimmed, layered, and blown out by I believe her name was Rylee. She did an absolutely amazing job. I’m not just saying that we still can’t get over how good her hair looks.

This was my first time here. I made an appointment with first available and got very lucky with Kate. She was amazing!! Listened to everything I had to say and gave me the best cut I’ve had in years. She was pleasant, attentive and just an all around great human. I’ll be going back for sure. Leaving my barber of 4 years.

Marissa was extremely friendly and conversational. Gave me a great cut and wash. She was very thorough and detail oriented. Would definitely specifically recommend her.

They are friendly and make me feel like family. they are very nice. I love when ivy does my hair. She always leaves it the way I like it. She is a good stylist, I recommend her. She makes me feel at home.

5/5. Alessandra is the best! I have been going to her for a little bit now. I was torn between my typical haircut and changing it up at my last visit. Alessandra was able to explain to me the pros and cons of both, and we made the decision together. Also, with curly hair i have struggled for years on how to wear my curls and what products to use. Alessandra was able to make some recommendations on styles and products. Can’t wait for my next haircut!!!

I am a particular person when it comes to my hair because it is very and long and thick most people are unable to trim and blow dry my hair correctly Alessa does an amazing job the thing I like the most is how straight she makes my hair definitely will be back

Such a friendly, warm, welcoming salon team. I have been apart of this team since 2010. I can honestly say the pillars of this salon make sure to fulfill every need of each guest who walks in the door. Traci, Kate, Louise, and Tiffany our senior stylists keep up with new styles, techniques, and education year in & year out. I highly recommend this salon for all your hair needs!! Reasonable pricing, friendly atmosphere, and wonderful staff. Dee our salon leader is phenomenal! When you come here you are treated just like we would treat our own family! Nothing but friendliness, respect, honesty, and kindness!

A fun group! Tiffany does great hair. I have a short cut and get nervous when anyone uses a clipper, but she can shape it so nice and never too short!!

I gave it 2 stars because the girl was sweet and kind. However, she was very inexperienced with cutting and styling hair. The coloring was fine, but everything else was bad. I believe she was new but please inform people if you can't give them what they ask for. I couldn't even be mad knowing I went to a hair cuttery, I just laughed about it. It's definitely not worth $117!

I have been coming to this salon for many years. I made a 3pm appointment for my daughter and myself. We were taken right away. We asked for root touch up/highlights/hair cut and blow dry. My stylist was new. She would ask the other stylist how too regarding coloring my hair. My daughter was done around 8:10. I was still getting cut/blow-dry. We were there until 8:40. I couldn't believe how long it took! The services provided for my daughter was nicely done. When I put my hair up the next day I could still see white which is what I paid to have touched up! It shouldn't have taken almost 6hrs. I am going to another salon.

Went in for a blow dry. My hair had no form looked like she didn’t use a brush. Went home and redid my hair. Won’t be going back to this location. 11000 Roosevelt Blvd.

Highly recommend you check out molly. She did sure amazing work on my hair. My sister recommend me to her because, she always colors my sisters hair with highlights. When I walked into the store as a walked in she took me right away, and gave me 2 on top with skin fade. Everything was lined up, while on point . If I could give her 10 stars I would .

Update: I initially left a good review but when I came back 2 months later for another trim, the girl was acting weird. I don't recall her name I think it was Sarah. All she did was cut one inch off. I didn't wash my hair or nothing. I wanted to be In and out. Its not like she did alot of work on my hair. She sort of demanded I gave her a tip when she said the machine prompted me to tip and i said I'm good . I paid $25 for a light trim with no wash, no blow dry, no style. How u gonna demand a tip for that. And she told me she makes most her money from tips. How u going to force people to tip u when they paying $25 andddd decline a wash and blow dry. All she did was comb and snip less than 10 minutes and I was out the door. I'm going to another hair cuttery in bucks county instead.

My daughter and I have been coming to this location many years and sadly, won’t be back. I have seen many stylists here through the years and they all have been great. I always book our appointments through the app. There have been little blips like stylist’s cancelling the day of or losing power in the middle of my service. (but being charged full price even with walking out with wet hair since they could not dry without power) But today I walked in for my scheduled 12:00 Bayalage. Another stylist told me my stylist was rinsing the previous client and would be with me shortly. At 12:15 my actual stylist apologized and said she would be with me shortly. I had previously seen this stylist and she was late taking me back the last time but she was so sweet and apologetic I let it go. Plus I was not strapped for time so I didn’t complain. At 12:30 I see her escort the client to the sink area and just start to rinse and wash her. So now it’s already well past my appointment and she still had to wash and possibly cut and style the other lady’s hair! So I went up to inquire and the other stylist said she did indeed need to blow dry the other client. She said she understood why I was upset but said she could not “speak for the other stylist”. I get it and she was very nice but I was still disappointed . All she could offer was for me to come back at 3:30 to have someone else do my Bayalage and that didn’t work with my schedule. All I can say is do better and don’t schedule appointments or walk-ins so close to people who actually took the time to schedule an appointment. Honestly, why even offer the option if you are not going to honor the time? And I totally get waiting a bit beyond my appointment but anything beyond 10-15 min is just not right. Also, they could have called to let me know they were going to be that far behind and I would have probably saved myself a trip there and rescheduled another day.

I went in to get the “deluxe blowout” and sadly I feel like I wasted my money. I would have went to another salon but as it was the weekend, a lot of places were closed. As I was getting my hair washed, it didn’t feel like my hair dresser really knew how to care for coily hair even though I asked her before we started if she did. I don’t mind not getting my hair done, but it really bothers me when my hair is done poorly. She used a brush to de tangle my hair instead of a comb. Now getting to this “blow out”… that blowout wasn’t good enough for me to even get braids done. With the blowouts I’ve gotten in the past, my hair felt like it could pass for me getting my hair straightened. I asked if I could get a bun afterwards and when she asked her colleague for help, the colleague immediately said that I would have to straighten my hair for a bun. Why is the first solution to straighten my hair?! You don’t have to straighten hair for a bun and I know this, because I’ve asked for this at a salon before and the hair stylist said it was no problem. The hair stylist was nice but I feel like hairstylists should just be honest to the customer about whether they’ve worked in black hair before. It’s honestly nothing to be embarrassed about. This was my first time at a Hair Cuttery and it will be my last. For people reading this, make sure you ask your hair stylist if they know what they’re doing. Please.

The more I think about it the more I start feeling paid over 200 dollars for nothing. Where did you graduate from? If dark hair wants to go LIGHTER, all you have to do is STRIP THE COLOR OFF.. it would be a double process. Not that hard to do.. people do it all the time.. then you use TONER.. I didn’t get a lighter color because “color doesn’t lift color” ok, THATS why you use BLEACH. You strip off the color. Because along with highlights you’re technically damaging the hair anyway.. the Hispanic community does it all the time. And you would use a 40 developer it’ll reduce time and be more efficient. You have no idea what you’re doing.
