BLACK GIRLS BEWARE!!!! i booked a silk press over the phone yesterday which i had previously done before with a african american stylist. this time i was in a rush and i just took whatever stylist they gave me. BIG MISTAKE. I recieved a classic blowout only using a blow dryer and a straightener. Any black women knows that in order to get the roots straight, a hot comb needs to be applied. I would assume that anyone with a cosmetology license would know that but obviously they do not.The next morning, i called to complain so that no one else will have to go through that, i asked to speak with a manager and they just put the girl who did the blowout on the phone. She was extremely rude and disrespectful even though it was HER MISTAKE. i’m extremely disappointed and i will NOT be returning. Black girls, please book with the black stylists and no one else if you would like this service.

Walked out with soaking wet hair. And this isn't my first time so I know they dry your hair. My stylist was Zoey, she did not bother confirming what I wanted even tho I told her 5inches off and I wanted a U shape, she cut a straight line and asked me if I wanted to comb my wet hair. I will not be returning, ever.

Jessica is so unprofessional and needs to learn to just come to work and do her job, she told me that she only can do color, she was available for a quick hair cut and she refused my friend and two other customers and then started to laugh when we left the shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone as long as this person is there.

My daughter brought my grandson here on 2 different occasions and I believe the one girls name was Tiffany all I know is her chair is right behind the front desk counter and the second time was with a lady name Shy well both of them don’t know what a fade is on a toddler the 1st one left his hair uneven and not what she asked for and someone else had to fix it and he didn’t move one time so can’t say that and the second occasion shy cut his hair my daughter told her a fade using scissors on top she said ok she said well I gotta use the clippers a little to make it straight she Said OK next thing she knows that woman cut all the hair off on the top with the clippers leaving My grandson With barely any hair left, and they still made her pay even though they cut all my grandsons hair off that is uncalled for when he had a lot of Hair VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Had an appointment this morning for 9 am. I show up at 9 on the dot and notice the parking lot was empty and the lights were off. I wait a few mins and nobody shows up. Very unprofessional to make appointments and not be open to serve them. I went to sport clips instead.

It’s less than a one!! She didn’t listen to anything I asked for! She over processed my thin fine hair. I’m left with dryer out frizzy over blonde hair that simply should have been a root touch up to my baby blonde highlighted in my brunette hair. This will cost me months close to a year to get my hair back. DONT GO HERE!!

Dane was wonderful and went above and beyond for me today. I am absolutely enthralled by my new hair color, and I will absolutely request this gem of a human every time I am at this location. He was so fun to work with, and stayed even though he was close to clocking out, to take care of me. I am very impressed and thankful for Dane.

Great experience! Jasmine is very friendly and was able to take care of me in a timely manner. I booked a last minute appointment for a haircut and was grateful they could take care of my "summer hair" maintenance. I highly recommend this location and will be back whenever I'm in the area!

I took my very temperamental four year old in to get his hair cut. I’ve tried taking him to salons previously but he would freak out and refuse. Today was they day he finally let his hair get cut in the salon. The stylist was very patient and kind to him. She kept asking him if he was okay and giggling with him when he was being tickled by the clippers. I am very satisfied with the service and care this young woman showed my son. Thank you for doing his first official haircut! There were no tears shed and he said “Mom, I think my hair already grew a lot so we need to get it cut again!”

If I could give 0 stars I would. Fiancé and I went in for haircuts. We did the appointment online. When we got there, there were no other customers in the salon. The stylists we had seemed like we were bothering them by coming in. We had booked wash and cuts. My fiancé was not offered a shampoo and the cut he received was uneven. I had asked for a trim, thinning and the undercut shaved for me. What I got was uneven trim, chunks of hair missing and an undercut where there were patches of hair not shaved. At one point the stylist was doing a circle with the razor. No straight lines. I ended up going to another Hair Cuttery where they were able to fix my hair. I now have a short bob below my ears. It used to be just off my shoulders. DO NOT GO TO THE SALISBURY LOCATION! it's not worth it.
