After bad experience with hairdresser Indigo this Saturday 1/18/2025( she cut my bangs not correctly, one side was longer, another shorter and didn’t looked like bangs) I came back in the same place, just I booked appointment with another hairdresser Ashley, and she fixed that. Now my bangs looks amazing. Highly recommend hairdresser Ashley!

Always a great experience. Seamless haircut from checking in through the haircut to finishing up. Clean and great staff as well. Love being able to set my appointment online and the text reminders help. Highly recommend.

I was late by eight minutes, So my appointment was canceled. The hairdresser and the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. No apology nothing. This is how I got treated at this salon. I don’t understand why the behavior was towards me like this ? Eight minutes late and your appointment gets canceled and the staff is extremely rude with you! Something to think about before you make your appointment with the salon. I strongly recommend do not waste your time going here if there is no being human And treating people with equal respect. I did not even receive apology In fact, I was treated very rudely..

Armando is absolutely amazing I got a blow out a few weeks ago and I’m still in shock at how amazing it came out and how long it lasted! Very good experience and he was so thorough with my hair I will be returning to him from now on! Highly recommend!! He absolutely knows what he’s doing :)

Just wanted to say your Hair stylist Ashely is amazing! She is so patient and listen to what you want. Boy does she deliver. I have been there several times, I have requested her 2 times and both times I leave so happy and content. Talk about amazing staff that works here they color corrected my hair after another place really did some bad work to say the least. I came in after a long night and they didn’t make me feel any less and treated me as they do anyone else. I didn’t hear not one of them say a bad word about another which you get at some places. More than professional all the way around and very pleased I hope they all stick together for a while cause they make a great team. Definitely will be my go to place from here on out.

My stylist was Armando, who I found through his Instagram account (@armando_the_hair_master), where he shows his beautiful work. Armando did a beautiful job, and is very reasonably priced. The salon is bright, cheerful and spotless. I'll be back for sure.

This review is years overdue (I’m sorry I’m so bad at doing reviews!!!) but Tara is truly the best!!! I have lost count how many hair cuts/blowouts I have done with her but if I could I would have her do my hair every day! Tara is so knowledgeable, thoughtful and just excellent at all things hair. It’s hard to find someone who “knows just what to do” but she does! I would recommend her for whatever your hair needs because she’ll give you honest and helpful feedback. Thank you Tara for always being amazing!!! And the whole westchase haircuttery staff - scheduling and appointments are always so easy. Thankful!!!!

both my boyfriend and I went to hair Cuttery on August 17. After I discovered this place by Amir chance I have never been anywhere else since I’ve been looking for an amazing place and this is it not only the hair stylist are talented and make you look great and my boyfriend switched a place that he’s been going for years to this place after I told him about this place so this time I had Russ cut my hair for the first time, and when he turned me around in the chair, I have never loved my hair so much. Usually, you know I like/love my hair. But this time I love love love my hair and I usually don’t look at myself too much in the mirror but I just love my hair so thank you Russ and I will definitely be with you and you’re so worth the price. You can’t go wrong having Russ cut your hair and my boyfriend loves his stylist as well.

Hair Cuttery itself would have to be probably a three out of five. There's nothing wrong with the establishment but also nothing special that stands out compared to other hair cut chains. The only exception to this is and the reason I gave them five stars is because of their professional hair stylist Tara. I walked in with basically the simple fact I wanted a haircut, I had no idea what I wanted. When I told her, she told me not a problem and that she'll help me find the perfect cut. So she walked me through how my hair was structured and began making recommendations on what would look best with my face shape. I took a leap and listened to her advice and I'm very grateful I did (so is my wife, she didn't like my long hair)! If you're in the area and looking for a cut/color, I wouldn't go to any other shop or stylist other than Tara at Hair Cuttery!

I have been going to Armando for the last three years for all of my hair care needs. My sisters and even my mom, who travels from Puerto Rico to get her hair done, also see him. He's great at listening to your needs and providing recommendations that enhance your look. I love how he blow-dries hair, and I've always been pleased with my haircuts and color. I will definitely be returning again.

My husband and myself drive 45 minutes to have Armando do our hair. We have totally loved his expert and creative talents for taking care of all our hair needs. He is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in all his work. He is very friendly and positive in his character.

Tara is amazing! I often change hair colors and she always takes the time to make sure she fully understands what I want before we get started. I’ve been a regular client of hers for years and at this point won’t trust anyone else with my hair! She also understands what a trim means and then clarifies the length being cut. She may suggest a larger trim or more gradual color changing process but only to keep hair as healthy as possible! I go back and forth between blonde and red, which is pretty bad for hair health. Tara makes it gradual enough though that my hair is pretty long still, mid back, and not breaking off! Highly recommend Tara!

Terrible service from Armando, he over charged on my service. Armando had a terrible attitude during the whole service and I still provided him with a tip, and I did not receive a thank you or goodbye when I left. I won’t be back.
