Went to get hair trimmed n the girl.washed it, after BARELY cutting my hair, she says I HOPE u like it...I'm like you r not going to blow dry it, she says no that's not included in the 35$. I just got over being very sick, they threw me out in the freezing cold with wet hair. This is POOR business practice n AWFUL customer service.If no blow drying is included then that should b DISCLOSED somewhere, it was not disclosed when I booked appointment online

First time in a long time I didn’t do anything on my hair, it’s because I’m hesitant of someone doing a bad job, Ive been wanting Von to do my hair because she did a great job on my friend/co worker but haven’t had the time to do it because of work, well I finally did and she did amazing work on my hair! She layered it and did a single color, also made suggestions about getting the right color to compliment your skin tone. She is awesome! She advice me to get some highlights next time if I wanted to lighten up my hair a bit more so yea I will definitely go to her again next time. Thanks again VON! She will not disappoint you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Like many of these locations, not enough stylists to actually serve walk ins. Sadly, I could not receive anything.

Great job by Moon! Blunt cut, shoulder length. Simple and prefect. Didn’t need blow dry, except to walk home without wet head in winter!!

Von did an excellent job consulting me with my growing out process and she was able to give me the angeled bob cut I wanted. Very happy with her personality and her work.

went in for a blow out and wash during a really bad day and my stylist abel was the absolute sweetest. if i’m ever back in town i will definitely be coming back!!

We went in for my daughter’s hair cut and to get pretty dark blue money pieces. The hair was cut way shorter than what was asked after we told her multiple times where to cut it. The money pieces were supposed to be a dark blue and turned out a yellow green…we appreciate that they were able to get us in on such short notice but this experience was not great as far as results. Her hair looks like it was dyed months ago and is in the end stage of fading.

Abel is so kind and very receptive. If I have any concern about my hair, they address it immediately. They're a newer stylist but so so talented and open minded.

I just left after booking a signature cut and wash. Von was so personable and kind. She listened to my request and helped me better understand what I was asking for without making me feel dumb for not knowing the terminology. At check out, I booked another appointment for my daughter. She is neurodivergent, so I am hesitant to book at certain salons. I know Von and her team will make my daughter feel welcome and comfortable.

Very unhappy. She completely disregarded how my hair was styled and butchered it with the electric shears and scraped my neck. One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had.

Look at my face frame here! What a horrible haircut I received. The other side is fine but how can I have my hair down if the front is like this. One of the worst haircut I ever receive. I asked for long layers haircut and all I was asked from the stylist was how much I wanted it cut off.

Manager Von has been my hair stylist for approximately 3 years! My hair is coily afro-centric, and Von has grown it below my shoulder blades! She and her staff are congenial and extremely professional! Von's and my goal is for my hair to remain healthy, thick, and grow to waistlength.
