I've used this business twice now and both experiences have been outstanding. The stylists performed my haircut as I asked with expedience and professionalism. I enjoyed the visit and would highly recommend this particular business.

I have only been here a handful of times for a simple trim but Emily is the GIRL to go to! She is so sweet, makes great conversation and is just really nice company. The place is always really clean, never too too busy. My dad and brother go to Emily ONLY for their cuts too, so you know she’s great :)

The absolute worst service. From beginning to the end. I didn’t let the lady finish my hair. Paid for the wash and blow dry and got the heck out of there. Wish I would have read the reviews before going. Shame on me.

Just came here to get my daughter’s hair cut. The vibe is completely off with this place imo. I went in and was told someone was in front of me when I was on time for my appointment….isn't that the entire point of an appointment? To get seen at the appointment time and not have to wait for a walk in? Anyway the lady who was supposed to cut my daughter’s hair had a stank face the entire time and when she came up with her poor customer for him to pay…..he looked horrified…and tbh I don’t blame him. I looked at my daughter and said let’s go she is going to butcher your hair and the guy turned around and said yep she is! So we ran out of there. Thank god we dodged a bullet today.

Jennifer at the Brenneman Farm Hair Cuttery in Virginia Beach did a great job for this older lady being herself again with an Italian bob. I will definitely be back. My confidence has improved personally and in Hair Cuttery.

Brandy is doing her thing at HC....professional and knowledgeable. Took my daughter for a trim after she trimmed my hair because she was so thorough and took her time during my appointment. Old school customer service that's hard to find these days!

I’ve been there to see Q for my hair cutting/styling needs, and she is on point! I always need someone to get creative with me and balance my ideas out; or just straight up take control and do what they want with my style. She’s got super positive vibes, and I always have a good time there.

Way OVERPRICED for the quality of work. Went in for partial foils, cut and style. Asked for someone with experience. Marcia was my "stylist". I've had my hair cut for many, many years and know and great hair stylist when I see one. I wanted layers and made it known several times.....Didn't happen. She barely cut any hair off and was constantly talking to other staff and not really focused on my appointment requests... The color was mediocre but style was dreadful. She never section off my hair, did not to a full head cut with layers but used gobs of treatment at $41 each....Did 2. Total $182...for Haircuttery! That's absurd! Was in a pinch and needed a cut and style...but, boy, did I learn a lesson. Needless to say, I'll never go back there... Extremely disappointed!!!!

it was my first time at hair cuttery and it was a HORRIBLE experience. the lady who did my hair was doing a okay job until she got to the top of my head and it looked like humidity hit my head before i even walked out the door i paid 68$ for this style for an important photoshoot and i was so unhappy with my hair i had to pay somebody else to redo my hair . i will never come back to this establishment again
