Ayer acudí a Hair Cuttery junto con mi hija para cortarnos el cabello, ambas con el cabello largo. Nos atendieron dos estilistas, pero lamentablemente ambas nos dejaron el cabello disparejo 😔 En mi caso, pedí un corte en V, pero la estilista, tras ver que mi cabello es delgado, me sugirió otro estilo. Acepté la recomendación, pero el resultado fue un corte que no me convenció; quedó más tipo "niña" y no cumplió con lo que esperaba. Además, nos hicieron un lavado de cabello y al final aplicaron un spray, pero si eso es lo que consideran un trabajo excepcional, me parece que deberían enfocarse más en lograr un corte que realmente deje feliz al cliente. El corte de mi hija costó $20 y el mío $30, lo que sumó una cuenta de $50 por dos cortes disparejos, y aunque los servicios adicionales son agradables, lo más importante es la calidad del corte en sí. Considero que no es justo pagar esa cantidad cuando el resultado no fue el esperado. Creo que el personal debería tener la experiencia necesaria para realizar cortes adecuados, y en este caso, la experiencia no fue satisfactoria. Espero que la tienda valore la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente, y que se enfoquen en ofrecer cortes que realmente cumplan con las expectativas de quienes acuden con confianza a sus estilistas. 💇‍♀️🙅‍♀️

Here’s my review of this place as a first-time customer: While the shop itself is clean, I’m highly disappointed with the outcome of my haircut. I requested a skin fade on the sides, but the result was choppy and uneven, with the back looking particularly bad. I didn’t realize how poor the cut was until I got home and my wife showed me a picture. I called right away and returned to have it fixed. Although the staff made some improvements, the entire experience was unpleasant. The whole morning was wasted. I won’t be going back, and I can’t recommend this place to others.

I visited this salon hoping for a simple haircut, but unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed with the results. I specifically asked for a cut straight from the back and a few steps in the front, avoiding layers due to my thin hair. Despite making it clear that I didn’t want too much cut off, my hair is now almost half its original length and has layers in the back—exactly what I was trying to avoid. To make matters worse, the stylist and staff seemed more focused on chatting than on my haircut. This lack of attention showed in the end result, which looks choppy and unflattering due to my thin hair. I wish they had listened more carefully to my instructions and concentrated on the task at hand. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Martha Stella always does a beautiful job with my hair! I like a cut that I do not have to mess with. I shower and wash my hair in the mornings, but have to be at work at 7:30. Wash and wear hair is a MUST! It also has to be at least long enough to pull away from my face when I am teaching. I LOVE MY CUT!!!! And the color is beautiful!

Slow, overpriced, they didn't have the right tools to curl our hair and the blowout didn't last a day. Very disappointed with their service and the overall experience. Not coming back and do not recommend.

It was my first time here, and I was reading a lot of good reviews talking about Ramona... and I decided to make an appointment with her... no regrets at all! she was great! I feel so happy and different. She did an amazing job! what I wanted was very simple, and she just understood what I wanted. you still can see my hair a little wet because I don't like to use the hair dryer, but Ramona did the front so I could see how it looks! I'm so happy! definitely, I'm coming back

Incompetent every time I have been here, they "accidentally "canceled my appointment or scheduled me with someone who left for the day and also refused to do my daughters biracial hair. No one speaks English and lacks professionalism.
