I wanted emo hair and i ended up getting uneven bangs and they were cut WAY too short and she didnât even give me enough layers for an og 2000s emo cut i am severely disappointed and iâd rather do it myself

Traveled very far to get a haircut from this place. On the website, it says closed at 8. We arrived at 7:15 and nobody in sight. Horrible service, because there was no service. If you are closed earlier than 8⊠change it on your website. I just needed a basic menâs haircut. Never again.

This review is for the district leader. This leader pales behind Steph. I havenât run this store in 8 years and I have heard from multiple stylist about how awful Lisa is. The unprofessionalism displayed by this âleaderâ is embarrassing and reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

Well google and their website says they are open till 6. I got there at 530 for a kids haircut. Just a trim before picture day. The door was locked and the lady answered saying they closed at 5 and wouldnât acknowledge the fact the WEBSITE says they are to be open.

I really enjoyed my experience with my stylist Rita todayâ she was considerate and patient with me, learning exactly what I was looking for and offering advice for how to make it look best on me. She was very patient thinning out my very thick hair and was fun to talk to. I love my hair cut and Iâll certainly be returning

My experience itself last week was pleasant enough from booking to the hairwash, but the quality of the haircut was sub-standard. The lady kinda botched it and gave me a prison cut. She didn't seem very skilled or confident. Will request a guy next time before giving up on this place.

Donald is wonderful. I have been experiencing hair loss the last few weeks and he helped educate me on ways to nourish my hair internally and externally. I am trying the Olaplex program with his advice; he also gave me a beautiful highlight and cut. I was so upset about having to cut my hair but he did a wonderful job! Hoping when I come back in a few months my hair will have made a rebound!

I was very disappointed in this appointment. The girl didn't even greet me or say hello. Just "you ready"? I showed her a picture of what I wanted and got nothing close. Asked for about an inch or so off, and my hair is now 4 inches shorter. Finally, I was charged 13 dollars extra because my hair is "long". Even after she chopped it off. The other girls in the salon were nice. I definitely won't be going back. Unfortunate

Donald is an excellent stylist. Happy with his cuts. He did a difficult color removal and transformed me from red to blonde with no brassy tone.

Today was my first haircut at Hair Cuttery at Queensgate Shopping Center York, PA. Emmy was my stylist and she was absolutely wonderful. She cut my hair exactly as I asked her to, and even did a few things to help it look more full. Then she suggested some product for me to help with my thinning hair. She was friendly and professional, and did a great job! I will definitely be back! The salon also had a good vibe, very relaxed, friendly and upbeat!

Zach at this hair cuttery does a great job and I would recommend him. He is very fast, very professional and personable. My hair looks great and he also made my daughterâs hair look great too.
