I loved Haile!! She shared so many similar interests to me and she was super nice! We talked the whole time and she did my hair perfectly!! Its just what i wanted! She completely understood what I wanted!

Today I made an apt for my oldest daughter, when she arrive Olivia the stylist wasn’t nice to her. She send my daughter looking like she never got a fresh cut. She ask for LAYERS WHICH SHE DID NOT GET AT ALL. Not only did she ask for her hair to be DRYE… she passed the blow drier twice and said done send her with wet hair out. To make things WORSE … she was rush out of the salon and ask how she was going to pay this because they had to COUNT the register. Now if the salon was getting ready to close why did it ALLOW ME TO BOOK AN APT ONLINE.. THIS WAS A TOTAL MESS AND ALMOST MADE MY DAUGTHER CRY.. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOR WILL I EVER GO BACK TO SEE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL GIRLS. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow.. like seriously.. PAY OVER 30 plus tip for this …

Great place, very friendly staff. My stylist understood wavy hair issues (not straight, not really curly) and verified any cuts before doing them (I was trimming damage and trying to keep length) Updated to add went back for a complex color job, they did a fabulous job (same stylist, Katrina) Over one year later... New stylist Erin. i was making a big change- from nearly lifelong long hair, to a very short cut. i scheduled extra time knowing this would be a lot of discussion and nerves. Erin checked in with me every step, discussed options, and listened to my needs (even though i babbled a bit from nerves)

Got a 4 inch trim by a gorgeous, young lady. Haile was very polite, professional, informative, and quick with the hair trim. As soon as I sat down, it felt like I was getting right back up. Overall, 5 star service to the location and the stylist.

I got my hair butchered at this place. The girl that cut my hair was completely incompetent. Cost me $31.00 and another $30 for a real barber to fix her f- up hair cut. Manager is useless as well.

I had an appt for 930am and arrived at 920. There were 2 stylists there each working on a customer. One of the stylists said someone would be right with me. 10 mins later, the other stylist checked me in. After that I just waited and waited. After exactly 1 hr I decided to just leave. Why give someone an appointment for 930 and then take a walk-in plus another customer and have the person with an appointment wait for an hour without ever acknowledging them after checking them in?? I felt this was very rude and unprofessional. I won’t be returning again, EVER.

I recently moved up here after retiring from the Army. Having been in for 24 years, I was used to getting my hair cut a certain way, and everytime I move I patiently deal with hair cuts that aren't the best until I find someone that nails it. I had already been to 3 or 4 other shops before coming across this one, all with no luck. I seen they had a few barbers, so I figured I would randomly try them to see if any of them nail it. Truth be told, during one of the visits here I had a horrible interaction that almost lead me never to return. During one of my visits, I had a young lady cut my hair pretty shotty and didn't offer me a mirror at the end in order for me to see my haircut. From afar it looked ok. I still generously tipped as I always do and left. Once back in my vehicle, I noticed that there were quite a few spots in the fade that weren't fully cut. I started to return inside to see if it could be touched up really quick and the young lady just so happen to be leaving. I explained the situation and asked if she could touch it up for me and she stated she was off and leaving for the day. At that point I made the decision to never return to this location. One day, I ended up at Lowe's (across the street) and it just so happened, that I had a meeting later that week and was in need of a haircut. I remembered this location, however I also remembered my last interaction. I figured just do it one last time and since I remembered what the young lady looked like, I would just ensure I didn't get her. As fate would have it, this lead me to meeting Tatiana, and I must say upfront, I was beyond impressed. This young lady took her time, listened, and I could tell, truly cared. She even went so far as to take a small video so that way next time I returned, she could replicate what she had done. This was a night and day difference from my previous experience. In fact, lightyears above any other location I had previously been to. I was shocked, it felt like she just got me, and the haircut was great! Overall that one interaction single handedly changed my opinion and I have finally found my permanent location and the one barber I will see. I really felt this young lady went above and beyond what was expected. She did this all on her own. I didn't tell her about my previous bad experience there, I said nothing except I had been having a hard time finding someone that could cut my hair the way I wanted. She was kind, attentive, caring, and meticulous. Someone with those traits should really be looked at for a higher position. I've seen her several times at this point and it was never just a "one off" experience that made it so great. She has exceeded my expectations each and every time I've been. I've found through my years of experience in the Army, you promote those you want the rest to emulate. Promote her. She will change the other's around her simply by presence.

I was there on Tuesday May 9th at 6pm to get a haircut, seemed like I got the new girl. She asked me what I wanted and I told her, she took my for a wash came back and she started cutting. She cut my hair a lot shorter than what I asked for. I basically asked for a medium length like I wanted it touching my next. I even pointed to where I wanted it but she ended up cutting to where it’s not at my neck. I have always gone to this pace and I always loved what I got but this time I was extremely disappointed… I even asked her to make my bangs not so think anymore and she didn’t even do that!

The worst haircut ever, I had to walk out and go somewhere else. Unbelievable no way they have a license. I had a full head of hair and had to get a crew cut that’s how bad the girl did.
