Mom's first time. Important Do Be very sure to Lynn her rates. My Mom was shocked. She (always pays $150 with tip elsewhere) when she gave the bill - was told it would be double that. Just An okay job. She will go elsewhere

Overpriced. Did not follow the directions - she cut 2x the inches compared to what was asked. I was shocked to see the price for the service!

does not follow instructions. do not come. When I ask for certain length they cut it unacceptably short. I even showed and inspiration picture and it was nothing like showed. She even confirmed the length and it was not like it showed. Charged extra and did not deliver what was wanted.

I had months of bad hair day after going to this salon. She trimmed my bangs awfully short , looks like what I did to my hair back in my second grade. She is awfully expensive too. She apologized for her mess, I have been regretting on why I chose this salon , still when I look into the mirror every time .

Despite my experience with expensive upscale salons in LA, Lee's expertise matches the highest standards while prioritizing affordability and customer satisfaction. What sets Lee apart is her genuine care for customers, always offering valuable advice and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unlike other stylists, Lee prioritizes customer satisfaction over personal opinions, never leaving customers feeling unhappy with the beautiful results. And never any pressure to upgrade on services or products. Lee is extremely knowledgeable about hair care, styling, techniques, and continues to stay abreast on the latest hair trends. She is also extremely creative and mindful. Lee's consistency and high-quality service make her stand out in the industry, earning her loyal customers like myself who are grateful for her outstanding work. If I could give her ten stars, I would. It’s challenging to find someone of this caliber in the Bay Area who is humble and kind. Hair Day is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Booking an appointment with her is advisable due to fluctuating demands, although walk-ins are always welcomed if she and other stylists are available. Lee is always prompt to responding to phone calls, and offering an appointment within a brief wait period.
