Absolutely fabulous!! I’ve been consistently impressed with Lia’s ability to navigate my challenging naturally curly hair. She has given me the best layers I’ve ever had, my color is gorgeous and rich, my hair is at its healthiest from products and deep conditioning treatments she has suggested. I wear it straight or curly and she has given me pro tips for both. Lia is a true talent and wonderful resource, I’m SO happy to have found her!!

Had the most amazing Curl Class with Lia to unlock my hair’s fullest potential! She set the record straight on so many things I had only heard about curly/wavy hair, gave me the right information, and I also walked away with an awesome cut to enhance my waves and the most amazing style! Lia worked absolute magic on my hair, and I LOVE it! My curls look amazing, and the colour is perfection. She really took the time to make sure it came out perfect. Plus, the salon is so bright and welcoming, and super cute! (And there’s free street parking around!)

Britt is a super talented hairdresser! She took my very unfortunate super-layered cut that I thought was beyond saving and turned it into a gorgeous wavy bob that air dries like a dream and works perfectly with my hair texture. It was also really fun chatting with a fellow NY girlie!

Highly recommend! Britt has a great energy and she has created a great space for clients! She’s very knowledgeable and provided me with an initial consultation before having my hair colored. It had been a minute since I had colored my hair so she went over options and educated me on possible outcomes. She really listened to what I wanted and the results are amazing!!! Loving my hair color and can’t wait for my next Hair Daze appointment. Parking: lots of free parking in the neighborhood a block away. Salon: very clean and a great vibe!

If Shannon is willing to work here I can guarantee this is a good place! Shannon has been cutting my hair for almost 20 years and I have traveled many miles to make sure of it! Shannon is literally the best for my short-hair needs, although she does an excellent job on other hair types as well. If you want to find out for yourself go to IG and find @shorthairshannon to connect with her and make an appt! This salon is beautiful also! I know this review sounds cheesy but no one made me do it and I don't get anything from it.

I found Hair Daze when I saw their cute sign up on the second story at Goldfinch & University. I have been looking for a new stylist and am so glad I ended up in Britt's chair. The salon is beautiful and Britt put me at ease right away. She took the time to get to know me and my hair and gave me the exact haircut I was hoping for - a blunt bob with just the right shape and texture. I left feeling like a million bucks and thanks to the styling tips Britt gave me I know how to keep my hair looking that way. Thanks Britt & Hair Daze!

I’ve been going to Brittney for years, and even when I left San Diego for school I still tried to make the trip down to see her because her skills are absolutely unmatched! I have thick, curly hair and she cuts and styles it with what looks like such ease and patience! Brittney is the most fun to talk to too, but always makes sure she tells you what she’s doing to your hair and why. Her salon is a sustainable salon which I LOVE, and she’ll tell you all the amazing ways her space limits the amount of waste created in such a high waste profession. The work she puts in to making a safe, conscious, and fun place for her clients is incredible. Do yourself the biggest favor and book an appointment with her or anyone she recommends because it will be the best cut and style of your life!
