I have not had the opportunity to get a hair cut at this salon because no one will answer the phone. I have called 3 if not 4 times and left a message each time. Who knows how old the recording is. It clearly states if you do not have a stylist (that's me) at the salon that you can call directly leave your name and number and someone will call you back. Well, today has been a week. Curious if a less than stellar review will bet their attention. Why have an answering machine if you don't check it,

Oh No! I've lost track of how long ago I updated this...ok so now it is August 2022. And guess what? KAYSEE IS STILL GREAT! ++++++++++++++++++++++++ Wrote my original review 2 years ago....just wanted to let everyone know. IT IS STILL CURRENT! Kaysee is still "Our Girl", I love that this has been such a good relationship for so long. Keep it up Kaysee, we love you sweetheart! ------------------------------------------- Kaysee is "Our Girl" ! My wife and I both user her services. Never been disappointed, even when I wait WAY too long between haircuts!

Professional group. This is a big step up from the national chains, however full disclosure, the price is a bit more, however still quite reasonable when compared with some local salons. They do accept walk-ins, and I've never had a bad experience.

Nice place to get a quick hair cut or hair styled. Easy to get appointment and easy to locate. Wendy, the hair stylist who attended me was very friendly, made sure she understood how I wanted my hair cut, and then did a great job. Thanks, Wendy!

I walked in one afternoon wanting a fresh new look after simply having my hair "cut" for so many years. I had been simply shaving my head, but I wanted a more sophisticated hair style. After Kaycee styled my hair, my wife and I have been so enamored that I'll never go any where else.

KELLIE SMITH IS SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST WITH YOUR HAIR! She has been cutting my hair, MEN'S CUT, for nearly 5 years and she is wonderful. She also began cutting my mom's hair. My mom and I learned in 2010, that people in North Carolina don't know how to cut hair, but Kellie really does know how to. You see we come from Los Angeles, CA and there are a lot of great hair stylist and in North Carolina it was difficult to find a great one. I luckily stumbled, by chance, to Kellie. I was getting my hair cut by a manager from somewhere else and she was horrible, sometimes sides weren't straight, uncut portions, top would be lop sided, and etc. Kellie really knows what she's doing and she has a great personality. She's very humble, sweet, and honest. As for women's cut she does a great job. She knows how to layer, color, and etc. My mom gets finished great, when finished. I'm like her friend now because she's been cutting my hair for so long, but that's not why I write this review. She's HONESTLY GREAT at what she does. TRUST ME!
