The staff was friendly and they did a really good job. My twists lasted a whole week without frizzing and were still shiny and moisturized. The studio was clean and easy to access.

First of all I have been a client of D for YEARSSS!!!! Here salon is so welcoming. She services not only me but also my daughter. My daughter is very particular about who does her hair and is very tender headed. D always handles her so gently and my daughter hair is THICK! D Is extremely patient with my daughter (and me lol) the outcome is always BEAUTIFUL! I truly love coming here that even when I moved an hour away WE ARE STILL COMING ONLY here!!!! She is the only one we come to. I trust her expertise when it comes to my hair and all its changes. My hair changes extremely throughout my pregnancy and postpartum from thinning to hair loss completely and everything in between. I am so thankful for this woman and her salon. She has amazing deals that allow even a “struggling” client to be able to book a wonderful experience with her!!!! She and her salon is TOP TIER !!From the atmosphere to the services provided! I can go on and on but let’s just say I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!

The salon is impeccably clean, stylish, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. D is an incredibly talented stylist with an eye for detail and a passion for her craft. She took the time to listen to my concerns, hair worries and offers expert advice, ensuring that I leave with the perfect trim, wash/conditioning and press. The entire process is always seamless, and I could tell that D truly cares about her clients' satisfaction. The staff is also very friendly and professional, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Since it has been awhile since I originally reviewed this business, I decided to do it again. For years, Donita (A.K.A. D) has been and will continue to be my hairstylist of choice. I've had bad experiences with other stylists in the past. Only finding 3 that I was satisfied with. 2 are no longer in business. I've left shops with scalp burns, bad perms, poor cuts, and styles that nowhere matched what I was looking for. Before Donita became my official stylist, there were times when I would have her fix other stylist's messes. Anytime that I have shown Donita a picture, or described what I was looking for, she gave me that look or better. There have also been times when I have allowed her to be creative. And, I have never been disappointed in the outcome. Over the years, I have had long hair, short hair, relaxed hair, flat ironed, and lately natural hair. I have had braids, twists, fingerwaves, curls, updos, and various other styles. I have sensitive scalp and hair and have to be careful of the products that I used. Donita understands my hair needs. She has always treated me with respect. There are many stylists closer to me. But, I will continue to travel from Reynoldsburg to Worthington to obtain her service.

I definitely don’t recommend this place if you have kids they say they are kid friendly definitely are not and took my deposit of 50$ and my kids and canceled and never even gave it back everybody is family here if you have one issue with one family member they will ganng up against you a rip off and definitely racse again people with mix kids as well and very ghetto environment save your money don’t waste your time money hungry demand a tip for me when I make appointments I show up for my daughter to get her nails done the lady was 10 mins late claiming not she couldn’t call very unprofessional I tell the owner d she does nothing and I had paid for my daughter nails before her getting them done the lady had no intentions on showing up or giving my money back worst place every claiming to makeing comments about my kids be mix talking about my kids hair to curly why I choose a white man very unprofessional not to mention she took my 50$ and never gave it back to and got no services all lies don’t believe this women I have already made a police report base on stealing my money

My Daughter and I had the best experience here! Miss D did my daughters hair beautifully exactly what she wanted and beyond it. We both got cornrows and she is gentle and kind I had an amazing conversation with D felt like I knew her forever. I can’t wait to book again with her. Plus I got my eyebrows done with Lashay and did them perfectly! I can’t express how amazing this salon is! If you’re looking for an amazing hairstyle and experience this is the place to go! 🫶🏼

The only hair place in columbus OH to get your hair done. I take my 5 year old Mother and sister!! MISS D's hands are blessed to say the vary least!!!! My daughter switches between braids and silk press (Miss D is beyond patient and gentle) and my mother will now only let Miss D color and press her hair!! Not to mention her energy is unmatched!!!!

Been shopping around for a hair stylist, mostly using referrals from friends. After getting my hair BUTCHERED by my last referral, I decided it was time to stop doing that. Did a quick Google search and found this gem 5 mins away from me. After reading all the awesome reviews, (believe them, btw. All true), I decided to give her a try. Y'ALL. She's is the loveliest lady and she breathe life back into my hair. All I tried was her Flat Iron Friday special and my hair looked and felt healthier than it has in a very long time. AND, while she could've easily given me a big chop to fix my messed up hair - I even gave her permission to - she came up with a plan to save some of my inches, give my shorter strands a chance to catch up and still have my hair looking amazing. And her prices are fantastic I promise you, try this place out. Your hair will thank you!

She really cares about what she does and she is fast and efficient.. as soon as you walk in it is a whole vibe and she is so passionate about her career that you can see it in all of her work! She respects all of her clients and gives her time and effort accordingly. Where to start!!! This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had in a salon!!! When I say the vibe was EVERYTHING!!! I felt at home from the moment I walked in the door... Keilah was amazing doing my knotless braids... Widow was amazing to talk too And Ms. D, listen you would think she raised the young ladies working with her... I literally left out looking beautiful and with a new niece and sister!!! I will definitely be returning and refer everyone to this salon💯💯
