I've gone twice and both times I loved it there. Mrs. Pam was the first person I met and I just needed a quick wash and dry. I was the last person of the day and she was just as kind as if I was the first. Even in such a tiny service it was done with great care. The next time met Jhania and she gave me a protein treatment, wash, dry, and trim. She's gonna do crochets for me next week. I will definitely keep coming back and you should too!!

I'm writing this review from inside the salon. They're a great group of stylists willing to advise on your hair type and actual needs. They explain why this is happening and give you a solution with timeframe estimate. They don't try to force any style or product on you while trying to earn your return visit. The young lady that washed my hair?! BEAST!! My first time won't be my last.

Very thankful that Pam answered the phone. I needed walk in service and Pam offered to accept me on short notice and work me in between scheduled clients. Upon arrival I was greeted respectfully and was treated with professionalism and kindness. I received my retouch, wash, dry, flat ironed and out in perfect time. Pam, thank you!

The environment was not it . I went there because a friend of mine’s recommended. Well to start she (PAM) wasn’t even cheerful when I showed up. I already have issues showing my hair let alone around strangers. So when I showed up on time she told me to take a seat ok that’s fine. I wasted time by asking her where’s the bathroom because I’m not about to sit because your not ready . For two the experience was STRAIGHT TRASH. I just felt LIKE THE TLC WASNT There not even a little . I’m trying my best just to hold a conversation because I am an introvert Everything Felt RUSHED. Not even that she charged me $75.00 for a perm a ragged Bang and to straighten it. Now mine you it’s not like I’m Pocahontas y’all. However show compassion to new people especially during a pandemic .
