I got my hair done about a week ago and it was washed and styled so it took a few days for my to notice the damage but my hair is a mess. Chopped off in the wrong places, I got layers when I specifically said I did not want them. It’s uneven on the sides. Marbella took close to 6 inches off toward the front. It’s going to take years to get back what I had. I’m so disgusted with the work. I take really good care of my hair and it was down to my waist, now some of it is barely past my shoulders. Should report her to the board.

I will never ever go here they do not know how to cut curly hair they literally brushed my hair dry and then cut it I came home and looked at my hair it was uneven I will never recommend this place don’t go here I am warning you they don’t know their stuff they claim to know how to do every type of hair but they don’t if you have curly hair do not go here I’m saving you the struggle and the crying now my hair looks like a mohawk do not come here.

Yesterday I went to go get a haircut n so disappointed. The girl didn't cut my hair right it looked like a kid cut it leaving it so uneven what a waste of time n money
