I sent my wife and daughter on a spa day recently. Made an appointment 2 weeks prior. They showed at the time given, only to be told they arrived late. Fast forward 2 weeks later. They show up on time, they spent half the time telling my wife they wouldn't perm her hair. She wasn't satisfied with the general attitude of the staff. Seemingly it appeared they weren't interested in doing what she asked of them. O erall impression, if youre not a regular customer find another Hair and spa.

I just recently moved to the area & hadn’t had my hair done in a long time, so I was nervous making an appointment somewhere new. But let me just say, this woman was PHENOMENAL! I immediately felt so comfortable with her & she was so incredibly sweet! She knows what she’s doing for sure! Highly, highly recommend getting your hair done by Ms. Hollywood! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! 💛

Had a really awesome experience here! They were busy but still got me seated and a hair cut the moment I walked in and I was a walk in. Everyone was really really friendly and oh my gosh, if you don't pay the few extra bucks for the shampoo and head massage after, you're doing yourself a disservice. Thanks y'all!!

I walked in and was taken immediately. Sarah did a great job. I am happy with this place. Sarah continues to do a great job on my hair. My daughter had Sarah highlight her hair and my daughter is loving it

I was stunned by Bernice's expertise. I have had the same hairstylyst in Washington D.c. for nearly 50 years and recently he retired. A great friend recommended Bernice and I was extremely happy with what she did for my hair. They also had a pedicure and manicure available and I'm sorry, I don't remember her name, but it was the first time, I had my nails done and left the shop, before I ruined her beautiful job on my nails. What a great find, right here in town. I will always go back to their lovely salon!!
