I want to start out by saying, this is not my first time using Erika for my hair I have been at least 5x times before with lil to no issues. My family of 6 women also use to go to her. It was my daughter baby shower an my grand daughter, daughter and I had appointments with her. My daughter who is 9 months pregnant had a 9 am when she arrived Erika was locked out of her unit with all her stuff so my daughter had to go to her house never calling her next appointment to let me know plans have changed. At 4pm my appointment is to begin I get in my Uber and call my daughter to give her a eta ask if she hungry see tell me did she call tell you she not at shop she’s at her house so my daughter give me address. When I get there see still doing my daughter hair Remember her appointment was at 9 so, when she finally starts my hair at 8 pm I fall asleep from being at work all day when she is done at 2am, she says her daughter is in bathroom so I can’t look in mirror if I don’t like she will do it over in front. My WARNING I’m in Uber an take a pic I tell her ASAP this is not going to work she says she will redo .Then says she has to take her daughter to college so I have to wait ; was understanding of a mom an her responsibilities. Then my sister sends me a screenshot of blast message of 4 available appointments the next day . I call Erika to ask if I could have one of the appointments she told me no she has to make money and redo is no charge. I questioned her response as my daughter baby shower was the next day she told me I was bothering her an she was not doing it at all. BAD BUSINESS THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT SOME WHO JUST SPENT 150.00 for what you see. This is 3 days after the braids.
