I am extremely disappointed with the unethical practices at this salon. I personally consulted with the stylist in advance, in person, to confirm the price for a blowout for my daughter, which was agreed upon at $45. The stylist saw my daughter’s hair length, texture, and condition firsthand, and assured me that this was the correct price for the blowout. Since my daughter is unable to make her own decisions, I clarified the service and confirmed the price before leaving her at the salon. However, when I returned, I was shocked to find that additional services had been performed without my consent, resulting in charges that far exceeded the agreed amount. I was billed $55 for the blowout, plus $25 for flat ironing (which I had specifically requested not to include), and $30 for a haircut I never authorized. This stylist blatantly disregarded my clear instructions, claiming the extra services were “necessary” because my daughter was attending a party. This was absolutely not her decision to make, nor her place to override my consent. Exploiting my daughter’s condition to add on unnecessary services is appalling and unprofessional. When I questioned these unauthorized charges, I received no offer of a refund—only excuses. This level of disregard for my daughter’s needs and my instructions is both unethical and fraudulent. Avoid this salon if you expect professionalism, transparency, or respect. ——————————————————————— Estoy extremadamente decepcionada con las prácticas poco éticas de este salón. Hablé en persona con la estilista antes del servicio para confirmar el precio del secado para mi hija, y acordamos que sería $45. La estilista pudo ver la longitud, textura y condición del cabello de mi hija y aseguró que ese era el precio correcto para el secado. Dado que mi hija no es capaz de tomar decisiones por sí misma, clarifiqué el servicio y confirmé el precio antes de dejarla en el salón. Sin embargo, al regresar, me sorprendió encontrar que se habían realizado servicios adicionales sin mi consentimiento, lo que resultó en cargos muy superiores a lo acordado. Me cobraron $55 por el secado, más $25 por planchar el cabello (a pesar de que específicamente pedí que no se incluyera) y $30 por un corte de cabello que nunca autoricé. Got a hair cut , and they messed it up really bad ! They don’t know what they are doing , in my 30 years of life I have never had someone cut my hair so so bad , it was supposed to be length of right under my armpit and she brought it up to my shoulder and said she had added 3 long layers , where !!????? Horrible experience !

They ripped off $126 for just cut and blow dry and brow and lip waxing to ah teenager. They charged double for the same service others salon do in The area!!! No chemical s no treatment

I have never left a bad review like this for any business… but I’m very sorry to say the haircut I got here today is without a doubt the worst I have ever had. As you can see in the photo it literally looks like a child cut my hair with craft scissors. Not sure if it’s better or worse that the other side doesn’t match. I did not even ask for a new style, I asked for an inch to be taken off all over on the cut I already had, and the same to be done to my layers. I left with my hair wet so I couldn’t tell how uneven it was until it had dried much later. On top of my hair looking like this, one whole side of my head is actually shorter than the other and I can’t even find where the layers I had are meant to be. So not only was it not what I asked for, it was badly botched. I won’t use names for the sake of my stylist as she was very friendly and I appreciated the service, however my advice is to please be more cautious with your clients’ hair and take your time. Now I am going to need to take more time out of another one of my days to make another appointment to get my hair fixed at a different location which is really inconvenient. I would take my business elsewhere.

Fabiola blew out my hair and flat ironed it. Walking to my car it already began to unravel. By the time I got to my party I had to put in bun it was super frizzy. Horrible. I paid $60 FOR NOTHING! I called her and asked for part of my money olga I she said no!

Got my hair done by Ramona. I can honestly say she went all out with her Dominican hands. I loved the way she blow dried my hair. I haven’t had a good blow dry in so long. She also trimmed my ends and didn’t over do it like most stylist do. She cut just right to where it looks nice and fresh. Definitely would recommend! Love this place

I came in for a perm. Unfortunately my hair doesn’t like to curl so some parts wouldn’t stay curly. I messaged the salon about my issue and immediately I was told to come back to redo it. These women aim to please and I sure am coming back! Go see Erika or Fabiola they are a great team!
