Been coming to Renee since I moved here and what I liked is when I first came she asked me questions about my hair as well as what goals I was trying to achieve with my hair. I always feel welcomed come to her and she makes sure all her customers get to know each other like family. She's very knowledgeable about hair and does such a good job with doing natural hair. She did my color yesterday even though I was nervous it came out pretty!!

I have been in search for a good beautician for a long time. I woke up Saturday morning and was determined to find someone. I told myself whoever had space for me it was meant to be. All I can say is Ms. Renee did not disappoint! She actually laid a foundation of getting to know me and my hair before she laid one finger in it. Ms. Renee next statement was, “ what can I do for you, what do you want this hair relationship to look like. I’m about healthy hair so whatever I do I will also need you to do your part.” Whew! Music to my ears I’m about looking good, but I want my hair to be healthy, especially being natural. I told her I wanted a new color, silk press, and to keep my hair healthy above everything. Ms. Renee did an excellent job. Secondly, her shop environment was so nice. Have you ever been to a salon where your stylist is talking to her established clients and you’re just kinda watching things unfold. Not at the Hair Facts! Ms. Renee introduced all of us and we all had really great conversations, as if we had been knowing each other for years. I have never met Ms. Renee a day in my life, no one swayed me to go to her let alone recommended her, it was legitimately organic. If you are in the market to have someone care for you and your hair, come to Hair Facts and ask for Ms. Renee!

I’ve been going to see Renee for years, approximately 9 years and I love it!! No matter what condition my hair is in, she brings it back to life!!! Not only does she style your natural or processed hair, she takes care of it and helps it grow and become healthier!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAIR FACTS!!!!!!!!!!! This salon is such a vibe , the staff is welcoming and so sweet. Shawanda did my color and is able to take me from her black to a beautiful vibrant red that I wanted. She walked me through everything from getting the right color for me based of what I was looking for. If you are not using Hair Factz for your hair care needs y’all are missing out y’all need to get on they have a life long customer in me. Thank you beautiful ladies. You do amazing work keeping our hair healthy and helping us look good.

Bri of BK Beaute at Hair Facts the Salon provides exceptional customer care. She provided consultations prior to the service and also provided education on taking care of my natural hair. She created a flawless custom frontal wig for me. It has lasted for several months. She provided information on how to care for my unit and also provided maintenance appointments. below I have attached pictures taken weeks after I received service and the hair still looks natural and flawless. Excellent customer services from the time you book your appointment. Love, love, love styling products used for my hair and my daughter. Renee really knows how to style and educate in order to maintain healthy hair. All stylist and make-up artist are wonderful and patient. Truly blessed in what they do.

Hair facts is a great salon to go to. The first day I arrived I was greeted & had a hair consultation which was very interesting. I enjoy getting my hair done & just being able to come into an establishment we’re there is laughter, great conversation & soothing music. Customer service is amazing , prices are reasonable & your not just a head to be done. Renee is very personable & communication was great.

Hairstylist Bri BKBEAUTE installed my first weave in over 5 years and I’m loving it 😍 She is knowledgeable of different techniques and what I asked for is what I got. My hair is natural and blended perfectly.. 10/10 definitely recommend!

My husband and I brought our 5 daughter’s to the salon for their first time to get their hair done. Their hair is natural. They got it washed, conditioned, treated, trimmed, and silk pressed. They talked us through as they were doing their hair just to teach us some things. I thought that was cool. 🥰The finish was amazing and we all loved their first time experience. I was also impressed at how both the ladies (my cousins)😉 handled 5 kids today in such a timely manner! We will definitely be back.

My wife and I bought our 5 daughters to get there hair done using their natural hair. When we first came the door we were greeted with one the warmest welcomes you can have. I also like that before any work was started there was a consultation that explained the process of what they do and the the products they use, they also ask all my daughters how they wanted their hair done which I thought was cool. Overall this was not only a great experience for our children but for my wife and I.
