Cindy was amazing! She was able to quickly get me in and the waxing service was really quick and painless. I also had her do a set of highlights the same day which turned out beautifully. The highlights are at a reasonable price and I was really impressed on how quick she was (out an hour earlier than I typically am at other places). Definitely will be back!

Got a Groupon for a haircut here. When I called to schedule they were quite rude on the phone and said they would call back the next day with the lady's schedule who was doing the Groupon. They never called back and it took 3 calls to schedule for more than a week in advance. Then on the day of the haircut I got a call just hours before canceling it. They tried to help out with a different lady doing the hair cut 11am the next day. I showed up today for that and the shop had a Closed sign and no one answered the phone. To make matters worse there is a no appointment necessary sign on their window.
