Cathy ALWAYSS does an AMAZING job. She truly is gifted. I have gotten my hair cut, colored, versatile sew ins, itips and natural styles and have NEVER been disappointed and trust me neither will you!! I absolutely love her, her salon, and her energy!!

I got microliks last week from this lady, she was very rude, unprofessional and her salon was filthy, she tried using the same comb that she used on her prior client on me, i had to ask her to get a new comb, she told me i offended her, Long story short, she did the links so tight I couldn’t even sleep, links not supposed to hurt, I have worn link over a decade, when I ask her to readjust the links she told me, she’s busy find another stylist to adjust it, I found a salon to remove the links for me yesterday she did them so tight my hair broke off in the roots where she tighten the links, I will be taking you to court, if me asking you to get a clean comb made you so mad that you purposely damage my hair, you no longer need to be a stylist. The whole time this lady did my hair she talk bad about every single client that was in her chair to the other stylist, I was scared to move in her chair.

I’ve been going to Cathy for about a year and she always delivers but my last visit deserves a special call out. I booked a single process with tape in extensions. However, my main color is blonde, Cathy calls to confirm what I want to accomplish and I tell her I’m going brown, so cool, we’re good to go. I show up today and say I want to stay blonde and lighten my roots up, thinking that the service I booked covers the time needed for that. Spoiler, it does not. What I needed was a double process, toning, plus deep conditioning and an olaplex process which is about 7 hours to accomplish. Long story short, Cathy just says ok, does the things and an amazing job might I add. She even remembered the specific shade of ash blonde I love. She completely hid the fact that I uprooted her entire day and hijacked her night, just by changing my mind on my color last minute. I would’ve been pissed. Cathy kept it cute and professional. She didn’t rush or cut corners. And she ensured that I was styled before leaving her chair, even if it’s midnight and I’m going home to bed, she still wanted to make sure I left the right way. Cathy, in case you don’t know how appreciated you are, please accept this public display of sincere gratitude!🙏🏾 P.s. don’t come up in Hair Goals thinking you’re going to make a 5 hour pivot last minute. I was fortunate that Cathy had bandwidth to accommodate me, but she didn’t have to, and I would have understood if I needed to reschedule.

We dont allow anyone in our hair! When my daughter needed a stylist for her Senior Picture, we began the search... We did not know Ms. Cathy and located her based upon location and great reviews found on the internet and Styleseat site. We must say, she did not disappoint! She not only asked great questions but took her time to make sure my daughter was satisfied. Thank you Ms. Cathy!

I had such a phenomenal experience with Cathy. She was professional, welcoming, accommodating, and truly a pleasure to work with. I sat in her chair and definitely felt that what I want it was taken into consideration but that she also cared about the health of my hair. She really took her time to ensure I got a very natural looking extensions done and that I would be happy in the long run. I can’t wait to book with Hair Goals again.

Cathy is amazing!! I first went to her 2yrs ago when another stylist did a horrible job on coloring my hair. She was able to fix it and give me this beautiful customized and natural looking brown, blond blend. Ever since then I've been using her for my coloring and hair extensions. I literally drive 1.5hrs just to go to her. She is the G.O.A.T... she is very knowledgeable, amazing, sweet, and will have you looking beautiful every time! Not only that but she's treat you beyond "just a number"...she will literally work hours and hours, even sacrifice her own personal time to make sure her customers are taken care. It's very hard to find hair stylists like that!

Cathy is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about hair. Hair salon is private and top of the line. I got a sewin and she did a great job. The braids were neat and the style was crisp. Im excited to go back.
