Everytime I come the shop is a freaking vibe, clean, and inviting! The owner Monique does my hair and executes E-V-E-R-Y-T-I-M-E! I’m never disappointed when I leave and I always get compliments. She’s the only one I trust to do my quick weave and she cuts up and never misses! I HIGHLY recommend her!

Mo is theeee best!!! I’m a faithful client that goes weekly and when I said she never misses.. she NEVER EVER miss…. My pixie is always always on point. The compliments I get on a daily is crazy. I love how I can just sit in her chair and she does her thing! Ohhhhh, and the cleanliness is A1…. Always always clean, great vibe, great music, just a relaxed , vibrant atmosphere. Came to ask a question and get some hair advice. One lady who responded was so rude. Her energy was extremely negative. I simply thanked her for her time and said goodbye. Customer service is key business owners!!!. Sometimes you just have to hear a person out, especially if they're coming to you for help. Because of that encounter I wouldn't recommend this place. There are other ladies who work in this shop however they individually and collectively represent the shop's name and image. Customer service training for stylist is highly recommended for folks working here.

. I scheduled an appointment and was there for over 6 hours this isn’t the 90’s get your time management together . I can’t stand when stylist don’t respect my time . She also wanted to cut my hair to blend with the weave . I was appalled and should have gotten up then but I was desperate and new to the area and needed my hair done . I would give no stars if I could .I was serviced by the owner of the salon Monique.

Someone told me about the salon. It was 4pm when I booked my appointment for the following day at 12:30. I showed up to my appointment and the door said no children allowed unless being serviced. I showed them my email and text messages I received which did not state any of that. She said everyone gets it and was pointing and people who received that children aren’t allowed. I asked her to show me where did it say that. She was rude. I wish I saw the policy before I came because I would of made arrangements for my child. I was looking forward to the appointment but oh well. Wish I could attach pictures of what was sent to me. The social media page, styles page or text message did not state anything about children.

I would shout this from the roof tops. This chick here does her dang thang and Nique her assistant OM FRICKIN G. When I tell you it's been 5yrs I was ready to give up. My hair is exactly what I asked for on the 1st go round. I loved the atmosphere at Mo's shop. Home girl and her assistant got some pipes. Go check her out . If you are worried about her prices and you have been unsatisfied with your hair, know that you get what you pay for.

This was my first visit at Hair Junkies and I enjoyed every minute of it.The staff was very kind and inviting. My stylist is the best in my opinion! I have found a new home for all of my hair needs!!!
