Me and my fiancée went to see Ummi to get our eye brows done (because her website says she was open). Shortly after we arrived on the property an older lady came out from the front of the building to tell us that Ummi was not there and she would be back on Tuesday. As we were in the process of leaving (sitting in our car trying to find another place to go to for our brows), the same older (white) lady came out of the building and rudely told us move (I was parked directly behind her) because she was about to leave. So I moved into a parking spot on the property, and as she pretends to leave, she stops, gets out of her car, and comes to my window, and says we need to leave before we get towed while the car is still running. It is against federal law to tow someone while they’re inside of a running vehicle. We were literally about to leave and she impatiently stormed out (visibly perturbed) and verbally charged me. This woman racially profiled me. Her attitude was totally unacceptable. As a federal employee, I could do more about this situation, but I’m not because I believe this review is more powerful.

Aimee is the best technical stylist I've ever had and I consistently come back to Charlotte every few months (despite being a few hours away). She's seen me through years of growing my hair out and has fixed hella bad haircuts I've gotten from elsewhere. Aimee is the only person I can say "do whatever you want" and can completely trust her to keep it classy, modern and attractive! Highly recommend!

Curt is an amazing stylist. he gives you his undivided attention. no cutting anyone else's hair in between your color job. he goes out of his way to please his customers. oh ... and he's an amazing person too. would highly recommend him to anyone

Curt is simply the best. He can do anything and is very client-centered. Very casual atmosphere, warm, friendly, & fun, not lux but who cares. You can get a free cold soda & chat amongst the clients is the norm. He is wonderful & has a huge dedicated clientele.
