Karl will make sure your hair looks good. He's honest. He'll give you an opinion as to why cutting your hair down to your 1.5 inch gray is going to look very Brittany Spears. You know, when she shaved her head. I've been going to Karl for about two years and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

My hair was in serious need of assistance. I met Mr. Klaudt by chance at a show. He recommended that I come see him about a cut and color. I bought some of his hairdye to try. Everyone was super helpful and nice when I called with concerns about potential allergies with the dye. Made an appointment for a consultation. Followed by an appointment for a cut. And yall I have to say that I am deeply disappointed that I can only give this spot 5 stars. I wish I could rate them higher. When I went in I had unrealistic goals for what I wanted however he managed to go beyond what I asked for and achieved everything I didn't ask for but wanted. My red is red and my curls are back. I am beyond thrilled with my experience and can not wait until my next appointment. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The scope is clean and as far as I can tell runs smoothly. I can not recommend them enough.

I went to Shay and had a phenomenal experience. Scheduling was a breeze, she did a great job of ensuring clear communication and determining exactly what I wanted, and the cut and colour are EXACTLY what I wanted. She did an amazing job at a reasonable rate. Recommend her so highly!!!!

My girl Heather knows what she’s doing. She even cut my boyfriends hair while mine was being colored. This place fuels the goth side of me and I absolutely love the decor. This is my spot and I can’t see myself going anywhere else!

I could write an epic novel about the day of my hair disaster that led me to the wondrous, phenomenal place that is Hair Klaudt and the dazzling and gifted Megan Amberly. I spent four hours at another salon (I was the first appointment and the stylist was 30 minutes late). I was supposed to be going from my natural medium brown to ash blonde. My hair lifts really quickly so, in the past, the process has taken between 90 minutes to two hours in seat to out the the door. I was in there for over four hours and when I left, I had gone from medium brown to patchy blue and orange striped hair. Clown fish meets candy corn. The stripes themselves were extremely chunky with horizontal and diagonal stripes within, and starting at random places from the roots. Given what I do for a living, I needed this fixed pretty immediately (I also have zero free time and this was the one day I had gifted myself to do something decadent and fun). I scrambled to find a place known for their color correction. Within an hour of leaving the other salon (and I had done my due diligence on the front end too, so it was pretty shocking to me), I was at the doors of Hair Klaudt begging for someone to at least instruct me on what I could do on my own to temporarily mask the horror. Carl used the only free moments he had to sit with me, inspect the damage, and brain storm at-home solutions. And then Megan - bright, beautiful Megan, told me she would start the process of getting me to a place where I could be presentable. She spent the entire night laboring on the jigsaw puzzle that was my hair, almost strand by strand (and because the colors were blue and orange, a fix to one could make the other worse, so it was definitely unbelievably complicated. And It really was the ENTIRE night. It was close to midnight when I left. And she performed a miracle. She is a kind, talented, and dedicated artist!!!! Brilliant really!!!! I wish I had a time machine so that I could have started my day right with Megan but I’ve found her and the marvelous people at Hair Klaudt now. Fabulous, fabulous place!!!!!

I have been going to Maeve for several months now and she is amazing with hair, not only with cuts but color as well I won't go to anyone else anymore and I highly recommend her to all my friends and family! She always listens and works her best to make my experience great every time I go.

She's a naturally generous person and took the time to come up with the specific mix of colors I was looking for, while also helping me have a great time during my styling experience. Hands down my favorite salon experience! I will return to her time and time again 🤩
