I’ve been coming here for the past two years, I had made the decision to grow my hair out for the first time in my life so when I finally got some length I went ahead and booked an appointment. My hair was still short, even for a traditionally masculine aesthetic but I knew I wanted to at least get it to a point where it would flow and blend together. Jay took me under their wing and coached me through the entire process. They worked with me to mitigate the awkward stages of growing from a short and firm fade to my current style of just below the shoulder, it flows perfectly and has great layering. I have no idea how I would have gotten my hair to where it is now if it weren’t for them. I am incredibly thankful for their time, effort, and care.

Jay is a great stylist - best haircut I have ever had. As a male I had reservations about going to a salon/stylist but Jay makes the appointments so comfortable, casual, and talkative I feel like I’m at the barbershop. I can tell that Jay has a passion for her work and it shows in the product and services she delivers.

Vanessa has been doing my hair for almost 5 years now and there is no one else I’d rather go to. She knows what I want before I do and exceeds my expectations every visit. She is a balayage expert! Vanessa and the rest of the Hair Lab team are very kind and welcoming and help make what could be a 5+ hour visit very relaxing.

Went to see Jay after many failed attempts by other stylists to tame my curls and was blown away by the results! She took the time to listen to my concerns and goals for my hair and brought them to life. I've never been happier with a haircut in my life. I see Mariah (former Cleveland girly!!) and couldn’t have better things to say. She always takes her time and makes my blonde look super natural and lived in. She also doesnt pressure me to get my hair colored if I don’t want to! Currently trying to regrow some length, last time I saw her we just did a trim and hydrating treatment and it’s been perfect. Love her!!!

Jay cuts my hair and I look forward to my appointments every time. I have never been someone who has a dedicated hair cutter but I will never see anyone else other than Jay. They make me feel so comfortable and they understand my vision when it comes to my hair. Jay is great at conversation and even takes extra time to show me how to properly style my new look. Jay is the BEST!!!!!!

The BEST hair experience with Mariah. Color, cut, style, hair tips and advice. She is professional, talented, a great listener, easy to talk to and communicates so well. She is a 5 + star stylist. 10/10 recommend. I live out of the area, so I make the trip to come in town to get my hair done with Mariah! Love my hair every time I see her. I love the lived-in look. Fresh root cover and bright highlights around the face. Absolutely the best!
