Richy is the best, I’ve gone for 2 passes on my hair now, and it’s healthy and revived each time. Hard to find a person that will get you closer to your hair goals but Richy is it! I love my hair! 🤗

Update: I had the owner contact me and provide a refund and an apology For my experience, which I truly appreciated. She was willing to fix it however I did go elsewhere. I appreciate her efforts in making things right. I was hesitant to write this because the lady was so kind to me..but my haircut is awful. This individual had only been working for 2 years and never went to beauty school (was told this while my hair was getting cut). My hair is so crooked and lopsided. I got it done a month ago and was just putting it up in a pony tail when I could to avoid people from seeing it. But im now going elsewhere to have it fixed today. The issue I have is when I went in I wanted it cut only, and an even length cut at that (i did ask for curtain bangs as well but that shouldnt affect the even length of the rest of my hair). She required a wash and style. I've never had that happen where I used to go they would cut it damp not wet. And they did a good job (i moved so I had to stop going there). But after this person styled it she didn't look at it to be sure it lined up and was straight (also when she styled it she gave me so much volume it disguised her mistakes and I didn't notice til I got home and re styled it to how I like it.) Just upset I paid $48 for this and have to go elsewhere and take off more length to fix it.

I highly recommend Lori. She did a Brazilian blowout for my niece. Simply beautiful and silky smooth. Lori went far beyond what we expected. She came in on her day off and is so talented at what she does. She is a true professional. I do want to add that the price was more than fair and extremely competitive with other salons.

I’m new to San Antonio, and I needed a professional hair salon to go to. I ended up at hair legacy for a bad-bang fix, and Richy did an amazing job blending them in and setting me up for a good grow out. I just came back today, and his mom, Rose, did such an amazing job on my hair. Her attention to detail is amazing, and even though the cut I wanted was difficult with my undercut, she achieved it and even showed me how to style it at home. I love this salon, and I will be coming back! Thank you so much ❤️

As a regular customer, I can tell you this place is the best! Richy and the ladies are super friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable and the quality of the cuts, color, style, are amazing! You will love it! I started coming here about 3 years ago. My hair was in the worst shape ever! Richy brought it back to life, with a great new color and the perfect cut and style. The salon is clean, and seats are disinfected after each use. Masks are required.
