Janice is amazing my son just turned 5 and he has always been seriously anxious to cut his hair. He has literally been left hanging from finishing a cut at other salons because it was just overwhelming for the hair dresser and him. Not at Hair Masters. From the moment we walked in my son was welcomed with a smile and Janice gave him to hold a Groot figurine and that eased his mind. Today we went for a second haircut and my son was so excited to see Janice ended with an awesome haircut and my husband got one as well with another lady didn't catch her name but both were very happy will come back again🙏💝

Janice was amazing! Took my 9yo daughter in to get a haircut and she quickly attended to us. She asked what we wanted for her. Janice was fast and efficient and had us in and out within 15 minutes. Will continue coming here and definitely recommend Janice @ Hair Master! Thank you!

I'm so sorry I forgot her name, but my hair was cut sooo wonderfully! I have long hair and was worried about trimming it, so I avoided it for about a year. She repaired the horrible cut I had from before and I left this place feeling amazing. Definitely recommend. Especially for longer hair.

They are very professional, been coming here since 2013 and haven't been disappointed yet. This is probably the fairest price for a cut in el paso! I really like that they don't use that annoying spray stuff theat many barbershops are using now to make their cuts seem more precise. Keep up the the good work Issam, Janice and Lucy❤️❤️❤️

Very upset, my 14yr old son was told to wait outside in the cold, with 60mph winds for me to pick him up following his haircut. Mind you it was not closing time. He waited an hour and a half for a haircut, then couldn’t wait inside for me to pick him up and I was literally 5min away. How ugly.

For not having to drive to get my haircut, I love how I am able to really ask for what I want. Learn what you want and Janice will deliver. Great neighborhood shop! They will charge a small fee extra if you use card but that’s whatever.

Sam is the only one who can cut AA hair 🤣. I was waiting, I asked Lucy, who never cut AA hair. She wasn't to sure, l showed her a picture, explained what to do.Thank goodness, she did it!. I had confidence in her, as she had in herself. I will go back to Lucy. 😊

So if you're a woman I definitely don't recommend going the women who are working there was very cold, rude, rough with your hair yanking it around and used freezing cold water to shampoo and condition hair and got the water all over your face and clothes never apologized btw. But if you're a guy they seemed to treat them very well and they were quick and efficient.
