I just got charged 125.00 for an appointment to get my highlights redone aka dark roots covered, and this is what I got. When I asked for a discount, I got told she spent 4 hours on my hair. 1:00 to 4:00 is 3 not 4 hours. Since she didn't even offer to fix it, I should dispute the charges on my card. Smh

I went here to get my bangs angled and my hair trimmed. Typical cut that every salon can do well so i called ahead and set up a appointment and explained exactly what i wanted done and they said no problem. As I arrived i was told only the owner could layer hair bc the rest of the staff wasnt comfortable with that cut. Well as shes cutting my hair I told her to cut my layers shorter and she told me no shes not cutting it shorter then she did a straight cut on my bangs eventhough i told her several times that I wanted my bangs angled. I finally looked at the back of my hair when she was done and my layers were butchered. My hair was so uneven, the layers were diffrent lengths in the front. By far the worse haircut i have ever gotten. I had to go to premier salon the next day to pay to have my hair evened out. They ruined my hair. I have really thick,long hair and had to cut 4 inches off my hair. I beg you PLEASE dont go here unless you want your grandmas hair style because they will butcher your hair while trying to do a 2000-2018 style cut. They wont simply just tell you that they dont know how to do it all they care about is the payement not the customers request. Ill definitely stick with premier salon on Clinton hwy. They are the best by far.

Wanted cry after it was done was totally not what I showed the lady I wanted. Everyone was super nice but now I'm going to have to wait 6 months to get the hair cut I want. I guess you get what you pay for.
