I was told today after paying $45 for a pixie cut and curl..that the type of hair I had installed was not curlable or can't even bump it at all and was sent away after waiting a hour & half. I was not refunded for the curl but given a $30 voucher. honestly I prefer not to return. I got home curled & bumped the same hair they could not do.

I absolutely love Hair Maxx 10 and have been coming here for 6 years now. I always get my hair shampooed,conditioned, and a hot oil treatment for a great price. I moved 3 years ago and when I come back in town this is my go to for my roller set.The young lady who shampooed my hair really massages my scalp and is very, very sweet. I highly recommend this beauty salon.❤️

Young lady named Brittany did my two-part twist and I love it, she only charged me $45 but she deserved waymore then she's charging, she is a sweetheart young lady thank you Brittany May the Lord YESHUA bless all you do.

First time and I loved it! great customers service. Quick and easy on my pocket book lol. Very sweet ladies🫶🏽. I’m natural by the way. And I noticed everyone that were there had long beautiful hair❤️. I’ll be returning thanks Max. Update!!!! I went today because I needed my hair washed and a treatment after having braids. I paid to have my hair detangled and they didn’t have the proper tools to do it. And she started ripping out my hair with a wide tooth comb. OMG, I started crying on the inside, I really was ready to cut my own hair off at that point. So upset that I decided to comb it out myself. But couldn’t and still ended up doing just as much damage. I came today because I couldn’t do it by myself. I needed a professional. Someone that has the proper tools. And the time. I left heartbroken. So much so that I left my stuff sitting there. And I pray in the future i can find someone that’s passionate enough before I sit down at the shampoo bowl and evaluate my hair. Honestly. And I’m tired of looking. So today they only get a star for convenience. I should of stayed home and did it myself.

If you close at 3 Please change the sign. Came today and they were closed. I asked the young lady sitting day with the waves what time do you all close on Friday and Saturday. She said 3. I stated tell them they might want to change the sign. She stated that it been like that for awhile and turned around and proceeded using her phone. Wasted trip.😡

Hair Max 10 is a great place to get your hair done if you're on a fixed income or a tight budget and need to still look good. They're very organized and in most cases, your wait isn't too long unless some of the stylists are out. They keep the shop very clean at all times and the shampoo techs are very thorough.

I’ve been going to Hair Maxx10 every since they opened. I have always been pleased with the services received. I’m always happy with the results after each appointment. The stylists are talented and professional. They always do a great job on my roller sets. I’ve moved away from Memphis but always visit when I’m in town to get my hair done. On a recent visit after Thanksgiving, customer service was exceptional. I was in and out in less than two hours and my hair looked great! I highly recommend their services!

I called and needed a wash and braid down for a wig and was so happy ! I got a wash , deep condition, and ends clips for a great price . She was very nice and sweet. The salon gives me old school salon vibes I love it . Permanent customer
