Did an appointment for first available. Definitely do an appointment they are a busy shop. Never saw an empty chair, and for good reason. First good haircut I've had in a long time. I saw Placenta Lady her attention to detail was top 5 for any barber I've ever seen. [Her name is Lana]

Luci was an excellent stylist. She was great with the conversation and the cut. I have found my new regular spot to get clipped. Luci is long gone, but Kaitlyn has upgraded the experience.

My husband has been getting his hair cut here ever since we moved to Jacksonville. He has had one bad experience but countless great experiences. We were informed the stylist that was the reason for the bad experience is no longer employed there. Highly recommend for a men's haircut!

Probably hit and miss… I saw a lot of men getting good cuts in here. Unfortunately my son’s hair cut was not good. It was straight but looked nothing at all like he asked for. The staff was so laid back that it was borderline unprofessional. Honestly it seemed like a very well-decorated Supercuts.

Lana is amazing! Second time getting my haircut here and both times she’s done awesome. She listened to the direction I wanted to change my hair to, and I gave her the freedom to do what she see’s best and does great!

Fantastic atmosphere and top notch service! Cassie gave me a classic fade and bounced ideas off me for feedback on how I like it since this was my first time there. Made notes at the end of my visit to make sure the next time is seamless and simple. Highly recommend!!

Sunday I made my appointment early in the day for 11:30am and I showed up on time and checked in via iPad. I was seen right away being helped by Crystal. She was very kind, professional and did a fantastic job with my style of hair. I also opted for the 5 min scalp massage (next time I'll do 10 min) The service was exactly what I was expecting and I see no room for improvement. The atmosphere is definitely catered towards men which is no bother to me as I simply just didn't watch the sports on the tv. I am very satisfied with my visit and I will return when it's time for my next cut. Potentially just visiting to get a scalp massage to treat myself before then.

Not family friendly with half naked women all over the walls and music literally blowing out ear drums . The drama amongst the stylists was always a headache . There are PLENTY of other places to get a haircut. Since you have a choice on where to get your hairs cut , I suggest you look elsewhere than here. Trust me , you'll thank me later.

The ladies in here are astounding at the work they do ! I typically get my hair cut by Madison or Lindsay are both are superb ! I’ve had several haircuts messed up before by other establishments and I continue to come here solely because of how well I’ve been taken care of ! Consistency and loyalty are two big things for me and this shop has it all !

The only place I will go. The staff is amazing and very talented!! See Kaitlyn she is spot on every time you get a cut. Her fade is amazing and very friendly. Just sit down and ask her to make you look good!

UPDATE 3/24/2024 I still can't book without calling in, which is really inconvenient for myself and for the stylists there who have to interrupt service to their customers to take my appointment call. I don't understand how this could make sense for anyone. If this were fixed I'd definitely rate five stars. -- Cuts are generally very good. Lana is our go-to, but most anyone seems capable of providing a good cut. Prices are reasonable. We seldom have issues with the cuts themselves or the level of service of each stylist. Overall I recommend, but I think there is some housekeeping to be done regarding the menu and online appointment booking.
