Got my hair done by Sergio for a touch up did an amazing job ! Service was great as well definitely will be coming in again ! Hair looks healthy and feels super soft.

I cannot compliment this salon enough, Juli gave me the best cut, color, and blow out of my life. Great location, friendly and talented staff, great price point. Would recommend to anyone! I’ve finally found a salon and stylist to stay loyal to in Manhattan after trying countless salons

I have been a client for over 9 years to that salon, lately, a friend to who I introduced to that salon, got $5 off(out of a $45 service), without asking-the owner told her. When I had to pay, I asked for $5 off as well since I have been client for over 9 years and he did it for my friend. HE REFUSED! the price is the price, but when a friend you introduced to the salon, became a good client and just got $5 off, you do the same in the circumstances I explained above. It is a SHAME, lack of manner, UNPROFESSIONAL! Obviously, I only tipped 12%, not 25% as usually!!! It is not an act of good luck... I WILL NEVER NEVER GO BACK!!! I ll find another salon around, it's plenty

Denia is amazing! She has been doing my hair for over 12 years. She is an expert in color, haircuts, styling, and everything hair related. She especially does amazing color and highlights, extensions and Keratin. I highly recommend her.

Julie’s work is PERFECTION! No one has ever been able to color my hair the way she does. I have very dark brown hair naturally (close to black) and other salons have always let me down in the past. Julie, however, always manages to get it down to this gorgeous honey/caramel shade. She takes her time and blends the colors beautifully. I will never go anywhere else!

I had an incredible experience at this hair salon! I came in for low lights, long facing framing layers, and a blowout, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've been coming to Carlos at Hair N Now for more than a year and a half. I had hair issues and we have been figuring it out - Carlos has given me the best care and service. He always knows what to do for color - I had extensions before, rested during the years of Covid,my hair was a mess, and on top of it I grew out my color making it blah and dreary for me. I have thin hair and wanted to have extensions again after age and covid did what it does ... and he has worked through what the best are for me( after I had damage)... (spoiler alert - hand tie wefts - who knew?) doesn't talk me into doing anything just for the sake of it (like when I took a break for a few months and used a halo, he was all for it.) The salon is always a joy to come to, everyone has great energy, we laugh and joke. What's funny is how many people in the area know the salon and when I mention Carlos, they say " I know Carlos, yeah I need to go to him!"

Juliana did a great job cutting my curly hair (which some people have a tricky time with) and was super nice as well. She cut my hair within the specifications that I requested, and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Would highly recommend.

Last time I was here, I loved my haircut so much I tipped 30%. It is such a shame and disappointment this time around from multiple people in the store. I came for my 8 am appt and was pushed back to 1030 am. Which I was fine with. I asked for a blowout with loose gentle curls and the stylist gave me chunky barrel curls with random straight pieces of hair. I told her it looks nothing like the reference photo and it is not what i wanted. she said "This is all I can do for you and I have another client now" so I asked another stylist if they could try to fix it and they said I cannot. I went to the front and told the receptionist what happened and she offered to have another stylist to fix it and I was thinking about it when two of the employees said "Just let her go, she doesnt want to pay" as if I was doing all this for a free ugly blow out. I wish they were more empathetic to their customers instead of being so dismissive and rude. They ruined my hair and made me feel cheap. Dont go here, theres no responsibiity

Amazing team! Every time I come here to do my hair I feel pleased and leave with a smile. This time I asked for an angled bob. Yakov did an amazing job cutting and styling my natural wavy hair. I will certainly come back.

As a 43 year old man I cannot remember the last time I got a worse haircut. An uneven cut on top where one side in the back was left long ant the other side was so short. Uneven beard trim around the mouth and cut my neck to where I was bleeding, not just razor burn as the barber said. An absolute rush job to get to the next customer who must have been some one important. I could not have gotten out of there fast enough after the rush job that I had been given. I will absolutely never go back and recommend literally anywhere else to get a cut. Even a trainee cutting hair for the first time ever would have done better. Not even an apology for cutting me. Not by the barber not by the receptionist or by whom I assume was the owner standing there seeing what I looked like representing his company as a literal billboard. If anyone asks where I got my hair done I will be sure to let them know where not to go to. Thank goodness it grows back. Sincerely Very angry

I've been coming to Hair N Now to get my hair cut for 5 years, and it's totally worth the long commute from Brooklyn! Julie is an amazing hairstylist and she just knows how to make me look amazing. The salon is clean and all the staff is super nice and kind, even when it's busy. The prices are very affordable for Manhattan. 10/10 would recommend!

Small but efficient place with 7 chairs. Been going here for over 25 years. Yakov is current manager (owner) of this small but loyal neighborhoid place. Busy but quick + cordial.Oscar gave me a great cut.
