I wanted to watch them cut hair before i let them cut mine, which you should really do. Watch them cut others hair to know the results. lf they not OK with it, it just means they're not confident about their work or got something to hide, either way, u shouldn't be cutting hair. Its also a good way to test whether they're welcoming of potential customers and they weren't. Also you'll notice they're English is no good so good luck trying to explain what you want done unless you speak Korean. Its an all Korean store

My first experience here was great - my hair was cut in a timely manner. I was in and out within 20 minutes with a skin fade. The second time I went with my partner and scheduled an appointment for 1:15pm. Unfortunately, this appointment was ignored and I wasn’t seen until 40 minutes after. My partner left and decided not to get a haircut since he was not seen by 2pm.

My most recent experience there was horrendous. I asked for bangs, and showed the barber a picture of it. She then cut my bangs too short and thick with no face-framing layers to it, completely different than what I asked for. She was also very sloppy with trimming my hair. Avoid the barber with long blonde hair at all costs. My past experience there was quite positive with another barber that has short hair, very disappointed in them.

The people at this “hair salon” seem to be confused about what an appointment is. I made an appointment for 1:15. I waited until 2 pm and they still didn’t cut my hair. Eventually I decided to leave. Mediocre service and inept staff

I got keratin treatment done last week, my hair is still quite wavy. In fact it has weird waves now, like a few bends in the middle and looks unkept. I went in today to have them take a look, told them I wanted to talk about it, I am in a rush, and I'm traveling tomorrow. They asked me to wait one minute, it was a very long minute and I had to walk out and they seemed to laugh it off. I wanted to give them a chance to correct it but it didn't seem like they were interested. I would not be going back here. Responding to the comment by owner below: You had two customers and two people attending to them, the person I was there to talk to was washing a customers hair, I waited, then dried the hair, I waited, then proceeded to cut the hair. I waited for a long time as you can see. Thats when I had had enough. I only needed 2 minutes to talk I was not there for any service and I did tell the person that as soon as I had entered. You clearly dont care about your customers.

The staff were friendly, but I wish they had been more attentive to my requests. I asked for a trim while maintaining my style, but the haircut ended up with an uneven balance between the front and back. What was even more disappointing was that the stylist seemed to lack an understanding of men’s styling. Despite my efforts to show my usual styling preferences beforehand, she finished the cut in her own way rather than following my instructions. She didn’t preserve any of the volume in my hair, and the final styling was messy. I chose this place based on positive reviews, but I was quite disappointed. I’m sorry to leave this review.

I like the way she cut my hair, she teach me how to style it with blow dryer after that.. my hair turn out so beautiful.. also she work so fast.. like the flash 💇🏻‍♀️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

I've gone here several times already despite the 1 hour drive for me because this is the best hair salon that specializes in Asian hair I have ever been to. The hairdresser Jay works so fast and efficiently and is so good at what she does. Walk ins welcome but better to set an appointment ahead of time as there can be many customers.

The hairstylist(Jay) is fantastic! I had my hair trimmed it couple time and I have always been pleased with the service. She was very friendly. I strongly suggest it!

Bad service. Had an appointment but also give priority to Koreans. Let me wait there for over 30 minutes. I’m not satisfied with my hair cut at all. When I got home, two sides of hair are not even at the same level

I didn’t show the hair dresser a photo for what I want. The hair dresser was very busy and each appointment got 30 minutes . My hair was shampooed and didn’t have conditioner applied. My hair cut was a rushed job. It was lack of details. I actually cut my hair by myself next day. By looking at my hair. I am trying to find out a way to comfort myself every time I look at mirror and I can’t. Be careful if the hair dresser is busy. She is overloaded unfortunately for customers.

Got seated at 435 and out the door at 5pm. I asked for a layer cut, and she delivered. I washed my hair that morning, so I can't speak to the shampoo service. She was quick, but I think she did such a great job especially in so little time. I drove 2.5 hours to come here. I'll probably do it again, since finding hairdressers who work well with Asian hair has been a pain for me. It helps to know some Korean.

Amazing! Was looking for a budget-friendly Asian hair-friendly English-speaking place that wasn’t Supercuts (not that there’s anything wrong with them). $40 for wash and cut for long hair- stylist got the gist of what I was asking for. In and out in 30 minutes though it didn’t feel rushed.

Jay is the best hair dresser in town in the Triangle area. I always get compliments with my color. She has an eye for good coloring that matches your skin tone. I've been following her over a decade. She is very fast. Go to her if you want your hair done right and stay healthy.
