I went there four weeks ago and had a fabulous cut by Janice. I decided to splurge and we talked about foil highlights. Janice and I spoke several times during the week about my appointment which we set for 2 PM on Saturday. At approximately 1245 I sent her a text to let her know that I had a very long drive and if she was not running on time to please let me know. I didn’t hear from her so I went in and the first thing she said to me was are you and you’ll have to wait till 230. And I’m not gonna be able to do the caramels because your hair is too dark. I was truly shocked by the way I was treated and the disrespect to my time and gas. She suggested root touchup for 65 but the foils were going to cost me 100 but she just didn’t have time for me anymore because it was a longer process which we had talked about it being a two hour process during our conversation. I decided to just go ahead and get my haircut which was a terrible cut and then I headed to Walgreens for some nice and easy. I don’t recommend this place it smells very bad as well they’ve got some kind of a sewage problem and they say it’s the neighbor. They over book and Disrespect you.

Best haircuts I've gotten. I moved away from the area recently and will miss them dearly. Pleasant atmosphere, sweet hairdressers who will chat if you want to chat and stay quiet if you're not into idle conversation. The shop itself is very clean, and they have fast service.

Great place to keep up or experiment to find your favorite hairstyle! All stylists here are very experienced (10+ years or more) and you can trust them with your hair! Prices are very reasonable, also. If you are looking to find a new place to get your hair done, give them a try!

This salon is the most unprofessional salon in Naples. They ruined my hair and will not stand behind it. you get what you pay for.I should have known just by the looks of the place.

I've been going to Hope for years. Whether it's a cut or going to platinum blonde from little mermaid red, I know she can do it. Everyone is super nice and prices are great especially with it being Naples.
