Just ask for Nhung. Had a not-so-great experience here until I explicitly asked for her. She knows your hair type, how to keep it easy to style and doesn't push for unnecessary treatments. I have thick, dry and low porosity hair and she did a great job thinning, layering and suggesting ways to maintain it.

Don’t ever go here - the worst ever customer service ever. They yell at the customer “we don’t do it like this here” or “I am not done yet” or “you keep changing”. They are a cheap horrible place - go there if you want the worst customer service ever. People like these should never run a business that requires customer service skills.

ive never cried after a haircut and this is the only experience where that happened. i asked for a small trim and she took my hair and cut off 4 inches. i kept saying thats too short and i wanted it long and she said no itll look good. if you want a haircut that u actually ask for dont go here

I have been to this salon a few time before and have come away happy. However, went for haircut and highlights yesterday and came back somewhat irritated and dissapointed. Below average work and customer service. The lady was arguing and getting irate with her car mechanic on the phone the whole time she was working on my highlights and took off midway leaving me to her associate for sometime for hair wash while she went and picked up her car. I understand personal problems but letting them bleed into work is highly unprofessional and it shows in what I came away with this time around. I could have been a long term loyal customer - not any more.
