My daughter was stopped at the mall last week...and being without experience...she ended buying a flat iron, that supposedly cost 350. That she did not need it. Well the surprise was that apparently was final sale, and 14 days "return policy" is only for exchange products. My daughter suffer of allergies and need to use some specific products cant exchange the flat iron for other products. We couldn't do anything. They are in front of the store pulling people inside to buy their products. I'm reporting this to be BBB I dislike when they take advantage of young unexperienced girls.

They literally scammed me, when i first came i asked for the price and he said 25$ and after he was done and it was paytime he made me pay 37$. never again coming here, and its not that good haircut

The price changes from the start of the conversation to the end. I wasn't comfortable with the hair dresser I had. She kept pulling on my hair really hard, and I have a headache now from it. I noticed she didn't use a heat protecting spray or serum on my hair. During the blow dry and straightening I smelled my hair was burning. It wasn't worth the price for me. I had a better experience at GreatClips or even a Walmart Salon.

Would not recommend going here. My girlfriend and I went here to get her nails done for her birthday and they started all falling off within a week. Within 2 weeks all her nails had fallen off. We paid 50 and tipped overall not worth it at all

Had a great experience! Needed some pampering, feet needed some real tlc. The massage chairs are great. I also have a broken nail and Tina was super delicate going around it. Didn't wait at all. I got the basic pedicure. I feel like the prices are pretty reasonable for this area. I looked at a bunch of different places with much higher prices. I was a little afraid of how much I was going to be charged because I was told I could "decide later" which package I wanted. But I wasn't overcharged.

I came with friends today and we left so upset! Theres still paint on my skin and they over charged me dramatically. I said I wanted the 22 dollar one and they charged me 25. Asked how much was the gel completly got ignored, she used gel anyway and charged me $15 dollars for gel!!!! 20 for a kids paint. And on top of it only one of three were social.. it was a terrible expierence and we will deff not be returning

I was rushed through. The young man doing my nails was confused about everything. And transfered my to an older gentleman who seemed to know what he was doing. I asked for sunflowers on my big toes. And I'm not sure what it is he tried painting on there. I wish he wouldn't have even tried. They painted my fingers the wrong color. I asked for a green and gold accent finger. And the young man was confused about that. And he grabbed this bluish black color. Which isn't terrible but not the color I asked for. Over all not a great experience. Everyone was really friendly which is why it had 3 stars and not less.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The person who did my nails did a terrible job! Made tha nail way too thick to the point it looked fake. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they didnt deliver.

If you do for some desperate reason, decide to come here, expect only overpriced and terrible nails. A friend and I came here to do our nails for a very important event, and ended up getting the tackiest nails ever. Seriously, a kindergartener could do better. There are patches, bubbles, and dents all over the nails. We ended up paying $90 for this. My friend’s nail tech refused to listen to her requests for a light pink color and sparkles, and he reassured her that she would get what she wanted. Instead, he went ahead and did his own thing and gave her a neon red with no sparkles. Not to mention he was rude about it. Do not waste your money here. It will ruin your day. Terrible.

No customer service what so ever. My nails are uneven. He still didn't fix them after I said something and showed him the difference. The prices are not what is displayed on their menu sheet!!!

Took over 2 hours to get a pedicure and manicure. Wanted a design on my nails, they didnt understand at first. After showing them a picture they had to have someone else finish the job which left me sitting there for half an hour waiting. They were spotty at best. Not worth the time or money.
