I have been going to Charlene for almost 10 years now. She has never let me down and she’s always willing to try new things and learn new techniques. I’ve done everything from haircuts to bleaching with her and have always left satisfied with her work. She will always be honest, upfront and tell you what will and won’t work for your hair but will always leave it up to you in the end so you have control. Your comfort is her top priority. At this point coming to her salon is like coming to spend time with an old friend. She will always make you feel welcome and do a fantastic job. She is my go to.

Love this salon. Charlene helped me figure out a longer hair cut and highlights for my daughter’s wedding and then took it back to my shorter style after. Very happy, repeat customer.

I'm new to San Antonio and I Googled top rated hair salons near me. Charlene popped up and reading the views I was sold. She deserves way more than five stars!! My hair is amazing!! I love it so much!! She's so sweet too!! I felt so comfortable with her.

If only I could give a zero. I was to be given a Keratin Express treatment. Instead, according to three other stylists' opinions on my destroyed hair, they probably used a very harsh chemical straightener. The result was twisted, frizzled, bent, broken, corkscrewed (everything you can imagine) hair. I had been try to grow out my hair. I will have to cut out my entire head of hair overa period of probably 1-1/2 years. So far I've cut eight inches. It needs about 5-6 more cut off; I just refuse to cut it up to my chine line. It is a discouraging way to start every day by leaving the house with this fried hair. The owner had the nerve to tell me it was somehow my fault...admitted nothing, acknowledged nothing. After several months I am writing as warning to others: DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I am paying a high price for doing so.

Have been going here even before Charlene took over. So I can say with confidence that Charlene has improved this hair salon big time. Treats all customers with the same level of respect, which is greatly appreciated for a guy who isn't a big spender on haircuts.

I messed up my hair color at home , tried to make an appointment in other places and they didn’t had time . I was really desperated and I ended up in this salon I called and the lady said she had time , I definitely recommend this place I loved the hair color balayage she did on me 💖 plus she took her time and did an amazing job
