Just loveee this place. I’ve been to Hannah two times for blonding services and I’ve left sooo happy both times. She listens to exactly what I want and takes her time. The place is also gorgeous and so clean. Love that there’s a big parking lot. Everything is a 10/10!

Been going to Shantell here for a few years. Beautiful place and Shantell is the best stylist in the Tampa area. So super sweet. Fast appointments. Highly recommend.

I wanted to try a new stylist and found Shantell. She did not disappoint! I love my haircut and she is so sweet and friendly. I do not dye my hair but am getting some greys 😥 and I wanted to cover them up. She put a toner on my hair and the toner matches my natural color perfectly. I am so happy with my cut and color and so happy I found a new hairdresser!

HANNAH IS MY GIRRRLLLL!!! If anyone is looking for a blonde stylist in the area, Hannah is the one to go to. She gets my hair to the perfect tone, listens and executes what the customer asks for incredibly. 10/10 recommend her.

Honestly the most welcoming salon, I felt right at home! I went to Shantell, the sweetest hair girl I’ve ever had. She gave me exactly what I asked for and the styling was so great I kept it like that to go out later on. She makes you feel really good about yourself while creating a comfortable, amazing experience. Definitely going back! :)

I gave them a couple stars for how good the hair looked. However, the lack of professionalism was poor. I went to schedule my appointment and she said she would have to get back to me. She never got back to me. It’s a shame because my hair looked awesome from her.

My experience at this salon was phenomenal! The salon is clean and has the cutest decor that really enhances the atmosphere. My stylist Hannah A. gave me long layers and made sure to take time in her craft. She talked me through it step by step, to ensure I liked my haircut with each cut. She gave body, bounce and volume to my thick hair and made me feel beautiful! I recommend her services 1000%! She is a very talented stylist and I will be returning to her for more hair related needs :)

My hair is naturally curly underneath, straight on the top, super fine, with a huge cowlick in the back. Shantell Hendry is the only one that I have let touch my hair in 15 years. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and listens to what I want done. Then she explains why or why not it will or will not work. I HIGHLY recommend her for all your hair needs.

I rarely leave comments, good or bad, but I have never been treated with this level of disrespect in my life. I went in for a cut a couple months ago. I was happy enough as it was a simple trim so I brought my husband in for his post-covid trim. My husband remarked how unprofessional the owner (Jerry) and Vanessa were as they constantly complained about their clients. At that time, I returned a product I used once that I bought because I was allergic to it; evidently that was upsetting because when I reached out for the 6th time to try to get an appointment (via Messenger because their phone doesn't work or they kept hanging up on me or something???), they brought it up then, but I never insisted that they take it back. I thought it was extremely nice of them to take it back. At that time, a month ago, I mentioned that I would need to get in at the end of May or beginning of June, so I soon after began my quest to schedule the appointment. I left several voice messages, was told by Vanessa that Jerry would call me back...so many excuses and stalling. I am so sad that people are so unkind and can't communicate. They said that I am not a good fit for them. That really hurt because I pride myself on being kind to everyone. My friend went here once and was so upset with her haircut that she never went back and her next stylist said it was one of the worst cuts he had ever seen. I hope nobody else has to deal with this hurtful treatment. I understand if an establishment is understaffed, but please simply tell me. Now I need to scramble to find a stylist to help me. Don't give your money or energy to this "salon".

I used to love going to see Jerry. I have two small children so I haven't been the most regular customer. However, when I did go my hair always looked amazing. I had made an appointment for May to have my hair colored and cut by Jerry. I received a call the day of my appointment that it had to be canceled. No one has returned my calls (I have left several voicemails) or responded to my emails. The appointment was literally on my birthday and my first haircut / treat to me from my husband after my newest little one, as well as for a photo shoot with the family. I definitely feel like I wasn't a priority and that no one cares if we come back. My son and I are now going somewhere else - really disappointing.

The ONLY salon that understands my style and can execute the color I envision are from the professionals at Belle Toi. After my experiences with seeing multiple stylists, this salon is a definite winner. The owner, Jerry, goes out of his way to make his availability work for me - which I am so grateful for since I am a busy college student. I have extremely dark hair but Jerry’s selection of professional and high quality grade bleach and toner has made for a beautiful color every time I leave the salon. The hair products he sponsors are true at heart to what he believes will work the best for you and I still use R&co to this day. I am so thankful I was recommended by this salon from a friend! There is nothing better than the personal confidence Jerry brings out in clients and his fun attitude and trust that makes for an enjoyable atmosphere at Belle Toi.

I got eyelash extensions for the first time & I am really happy with my service. They were provided by Joy the owner of LovelyJoyEsthetics! Joy was really sweet & professional. She explained all of the options since it was my first time getting eyelashes extensions. I had a great experience & she made me feel very comfortable. I love my lashes! Her work speaks for itself. She does an absolutely amazing job and I am fully satisfied. I highly recommend!

I personally had a terrible experience with this place. Went for a hair cut only. First, the person I booked with online wasn’t even there. Online the price was $40.00 for a hair cut. The owner of the salon ended up cutting my hair but he charged me $50.00. The money was not an issue but he was far from the style I wanted. I even showed him a picture. I wanted a straight Bob and he ended up cutting the front shorter than the back , Even styling it was terrible. It made me look like I was 10 years older. Made it look so puffy and curved underneath. Not a straight Bob at all. So if you want a Bob don’t even try going there. Another thing. When I was there it was him and 2 other ladies. Not professional at all. They were talking trash about people who used to work for him. I would definitely not go back.

Was not happy with my experience. I debated writing a review or not. It has been a few weeks since my appt. I had an appt with Tiffany for balayage/toner. I told Tiffany I wanted a shadow root as I don't do well with bleach on my scalp. Took 2.5 hrs just to get the bleach on my hair, was there a total of 5+hrs. She mentioned she liked to take her time but still a little to slow for my personal liking. Once dried my "shadow root" was a disaster. I asked her to fix it and she did a root smudge twice. I expressed i didnt think this was the correct process as the shadowroot is not supposed to be a BLUNT line and fade from dark to light. (It litterally looks like i didnt get my hair done at all if you look at the root, like its just grown out a few inches) She didn't listen. When i asked what she was doing because she never explained herself I got the vibe she was really annoyed. I get it, its been a long day but this wasn't my fault. I honestly thought i was super patient (i was told i shouldnt have paid and demanded it fixed better by multiple ppl, i wish knew that was an option). She asked me to pay so we could leave as soon as the root smudge was done when she knew i wasn't happy with the result. She told me when i come back in a few weeks to do a toner she will take another look at the root. Im sorry but i'm not giving any more of my money here. I litterally left my appt and cried to my mom. I paid $212 plus tip. I should have called and spoke with the owner but from what I understood he only works his personal hrs so just decided to say f it. Im only in town a few weeks so will get it fixed when I get back home. Tiffany was very nice but i paid for a service and did not get what I wanted so feel this review is how I can express that.

I made an appointment to a color and cut on Friday. I had read the reviews and was excited about it. I did call back 1 time to ask a question and the person who answered the phone seemed bothered I called and I was about to cancel but I thought, she’s the desk person so just let it go. I got there and the salon was very nice and modern. The girl behind the desk didn’t even greet me and there was no one else in the salon. I knew it was who I spoke to in the phone. She had me fill out a form. I waited a while and then she called me over to a chair and put a cape on me. She did not ask my name nor introduce herself so I asked “are you Tiffany”? She said yes. It was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had and I have been going to nice salons for many years. I had to just tell her what I wanted, cause god forbid she would ask. Then again when I asked a question she was annoyed and short. Her one answer was “I told you your two options!” She started doing my roots, never showed me a color, did not speak to me at all. I have never gone to a salon where the stylist didn’t even talk and ask me anything. No introduction, no consultation nothing! I had just had enough. I had her rinse out my hair and I left. No one even followed up with me. Stay away and do not have Tiffany do your hair.

Adri did such an amazing job with my hair! she fixed all the uneven cuts and color i had from a previous stylist. She gave me exactly what i wanted and made my hair feel sooo much healthier! My first visit and i love her already, def recommend seeing her!

This salon is THE BEST! Tiffany is my stylist, and has been since I moved to Tampa 4 months ago. She got my color perfect on the first try, and it has been consistently beautiful ever since. She listens to what I want and also makes recommendations based on her experience. I just graduated to tape-in extensions, which look fantastic just as she said they would. I highly recommend everyone at Bella Toi salon - a terrific group of stylists and human beings!
