My brother went to get a haircut and he needed an adjustment. The person cutting hair said, "no, this is too much labor!" Every place I've ever been to asks you after your haircut, "Does everything look OK?" He simply wanted his hair tapered and faded! Worst service! My brother is autistic and they treated him like a 2nd class citizen. After cutting the hair, minor adjustments are always made in any salon. It's your basic job performance duty! The hair stylist then back tracked and said in a snarky attitude, "this time, I'll be nice and make an adjustment for you!" What!? So she is being "nice" because she has a BASIC service duty to perform to the customer's basic expectations!? My brother felt they took sloppy shortcuts and half assed cut him hair. Too much labor for doing your job correctly? What an entitlement complex! I'll give them 0 stars if I can. My brother was too nice to give a $2 after how they treated him. He usually leaves more $$$$$ tip. He had to go to Ann Salon to make an adjustment. What unacceptable and unprofessional performance and service!

Hair sense? I don’t think so. They just won’t listen how I want my hair cut to be. Told them in the beginning this is my style and want to keep it. However, that nonsense old lady starting to cut my hair the way she wanted to cut. I now look alike bootcamp marine. WON’T GO BACK ANYMORE!!! She doesn’t know how to cut men’s hair. This place makes no SENSE, Kathy!!! You don’t deserve one star.

RUSHED AND OVERPRICED I get there, sat and they did a haircut for literally 5 minutes and charged me $60 for it. When I paid, there wasn’t even an option to do “No tip” they will just simply ask “How much do you want to tip?” And they will input it on their own. Don’t go here, it’s not even a fancy salon. Old fashioned and will trick you for your money.

04-06-2024: Upon entering the salon without an appointment, I was greeted by the familiar comfort of my previous positive experience with Kristie. This time, without requesting anyone specific, I decided to be open to the expertise of another stylist. Kathy stepped in to assist me, and her work was nothing short of remarkable. For a reasonable fee of $185, she skillfully dyed away the gray strands and trimmed a full 4 inches, revitalizing my look with a professional touch that suggested years of experience. It’s evident she’s mastered her craft over many years, making her the finest hairdresser I’ve encountered. As someone who’s quite selective about who manages my hair, I can assert that Kathy did an exceptional job. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. A heartfelt thanks to Kathy for her excellent service! 😊

Christy highly recommended, as I seen the ladies hair she done. When I got there I couldn't express enoughow to cut my hair and what don't to cut and leave longer because of mark she just kept telling me I know I know well guess what she didn't know and butchered me. I look like a dike and scars show!

They don't speak much English, but they do a great job. Just come in with a picture of what you want. Only con is be prepared to wait even if you schedule an appointment. They consistently run 15-30 minutes behind.

단발로 자르고 펌을 했는데 완전프로 스타일로 스무스하게 자르시고 숱도 살려주시고 보통미국미장원에서는 이런스타일이 않나옵니다.한국에서 3년동안 있으면서 무척맘에 드는 헤어스타일리스트가 있었는데 미국에서는 좋은 헤어디자이너 만나기가 하늘에 별따기 그래서 라스베가스에 아들만나러 갈때까지 묶으고 견디고 있다가 구글에서 한인 미용실 찾어서 왔는데 살짝 머리컷은 그렇고 아무리 에드펌( 숱파마 ) 해도 가격이 250달러다( 흠~~~ ) 거기에 팁까지10퍼센트 다합해서 275달러 ( 아~ 한국이 그립다 ) 주인장께서 한국사람들은 너무 비싸서 않온다고 하심( 이해가 간다 ) 그래도 미국미용실은 믿지못하겠고 그래도 제품은 한국제를 쓰셔서 독하지 않아서 좋았지만 펌자체는 예쁘게 나와서 만족하지만 250달러는 아무리 라스베가스라도 무지비쌈.보통파마는 150달라고 염색은 더 비싸다고 합니다 라스베가스에서 잭팟터지면 가보세요.

My hair was struggling from hair stylists in Missouri who don't know how to work on Asian hair so I decided to go to Julia to save my hair. :) 1. Location is inside the Korean Mall/Plaza to the left. The salon itself is just like a regular mom & pop salon, nothing fancy .. but if you like watching KDrama while getting your hair done then this is the place for you bc they have it on TV :] 2. Julia is amazing! She's amazing, knowledgeable, and she's sooo organized and clean. If you have dark Asian hair she definitely knows how to get your hair lighter and she'll do her best to get it the color you want. My hair was a million different shades of brown/blonde/orange and she corrected everything and my hair is now a beautiful ash/mushroom brown. It's been almost 2 months since i've seen her and my hair still looks really good! She layered my hair and thinned it out as well and when my hair is dry and down it looks kind of weird on one side ... but when it's curled/waved it looks good. 3. Will I go back to Julia? Definitely! Homegirl really knows how to color dark hair properly without it drying out! I HIGHLY recommend Julia! She's now my local favorite stylist! Thanks girl!
