Best hair salon since I've been going to salons the last 30yrs...just the pursuit of perfection intensity and dedication to craft....gotta make appointment to be seen...no walk ins....reasonable price....appreciate what you do for the community....

I Love Esther called her early and was able to get a text from her Iuckily I was able to book an appointment same day. I texted her letting her know I was running a little late and she was able to accomodate me. She is so good at her job and really knows what she is doing. Happy with my new hair cut!

Esther is amazing, went last year in January for a cut and she delivered. Price is reasonable for the amazing work she does. I forgot to write a review last year so it was tough to find her business again simply because I didn't save any of the info and my memory isn't great. I scheduled an apt this time around and ended up changing it a couple hours later to which she accommodated me to. She is very sweet and overall the best hair dresser I've had. I'm a very picky person when it comes to who I let cut or touch my hair because I've had bad experiences before but with her I've gotten great results. I seriously cannot thank her enough! I loved my haircut and so did my bf. If you're thinking of doing your hair I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Esther. She's a miracle worker does exactly what you envision, not to mention it's a very good price and another thing as to why I love her cutting my hair each time she does my hair tends to grow faster. The first time she cut my hair I didn't even know my hair was curly/wavy until she told me. My hair was damaged so I didn't know and had never really had curly hair until after she cut my hair. Seriously don't think about it and go to her you really won't regret it :)

I love this place because it is close to my house, and I don't have to wait if I make an appointment. A couple of times, I noticed that the door was closed, and I thought the business might have closed down. However, when I called Hair Star, someone answered the phone. She explained that appointments were necessary, and they would open the door for scheduled clients. The first time was unusual for me, but the more I go, the more I find it very convenient. I don't have to wait, and she only accepts appointments; no walk-ins. She fully focuses on my hair. While her place may not be fancy, she makes me very comfortable, and I appreciate her neat style. I love how I look with a neat haircut. Please support this local store, give her a call, and try it out. The price is reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place.

Ester saved my life by allowing me to come in last minute for a dye job. She went above and beyond by also cleaning up my haircut as well as blow drying it for me. She is a PRO and cost is reasonable. I will be back especially since her shop is 2 blocks from my house. THANK YOU, ESTER!!

Esther is gold!! I discovered her quite late but glad that I did! Absolutely loved the hair trim and the color. She was so warm and is very skilled at her work. Absolutely loved the outcome and the experience.

Been coming for years now, even with the ownership change from Julie to Esther. Facility is pretty basic, nothing fancy. Perfect for those on a budget and Esther is a sweetheart.
