Gloria is a wonderful hairstylist! Was in desperate need of a haircut and she really delivered. Genuinely one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten I feel so confident. 10/10 would recommend.

If you want to come out of the hair salon looking like a clown, I recommend you come here. This place has no idea what they are doing with hair. The guy messed up my lining and so much of my hair is cut off when I literally told him not to cut the top of my hair. I did not pay bc of how bad my hair looks now. They wanted to charge me $50 for a haircut that I did not like. Save yourself the time and money and don’t bother coming here. Aka not a fake account.

This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rate. My hair came out looking worse than when I came into the salon. The lady was extremely rude too. I did not pay either because she did not listen to what i asked for. She then said she was going to call the cops bc I did not want to pay. I told her go ahead I’m sure anyone would not pay for a service they did not like. Do not waste ur time coming here.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I found them on Groupon and after I sent photos of my hair, they looked at the length, texture, and past colors to determine an additional cost to the Groupon, which was totally reasonable. They sort of base the price off of your hair, so make sure to discuss what you want in detail and understand the approximate price you'll be paying beforehand. Gloria was so friendly and helpful! Her and Hector teamed up to do a full highlight on my head and were so quick and professional. The balayage was EXACTLY what I wanted; it blended with my natural color perfectly. I've found my go-to salon!

Unethical. I asked for a darker color with blond balayage. I wasn't asked if I wanted an all over coloring. Afterwards, the owner insisted I pay $100 beyond what I normally pay, which was $140...so $240 later.... Hector even repeated..'oh, so you want a fall tone, right?' I said yes, but he gave my hair a lot of blond all over. I questioned the price, so the assistant called, but the owner insisted. I then texted and asked for a conference call. No one called me. I'm sickened by this place. Y, Hector, no sé habla así con los clientes criticándome lo de mi horrible comprensión. Es verdad, pero debes aprender que la Gente tiene sentimientos y deberías tratarlas bien y no burlarte de la Gente. I will NOT be returning. I'm not going to pay for something I didn't want nor ask for. Nor am I paying for the owner's vacations. Shame on you both! 👎

Bad experience with Alicia! I was very disappointed with the outcome. I asked for balayage but Alicia didn’t give me that, she just gave me random highlights, looks like my head is all yellow !! Nothing close to the color I showed her! Alicia was also very rude and did not let me tell her what I wanted. I tried showing her what I wanted and she talked back to me very rude, two times! After when I told her I didn’t like it, she said she was going to charge if I wanted to change it then and there and she was not going to blow dry it, I would just have to walk out with wet hair. She also was 30 minutes late!! I was shocked by the way she treated me! I felt as if she didn’t know how to help. She didn’t even TRY to help me! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also saw their prices at the salon for other services and it’s so much!

Best service ever. Hector had fixed my mess I had got done early that day. And actually gave me the color I actually wanted. If u think a color u picked would be to hard to get on your type of hair, think again.

Called ahead of time to make sure I wouldn't be keeping any dressers in late as they were closing in an hour. I live in the building and headed down for a quick trim. Dresser was impatient and super rude, gave me a terrible haircut. The chunks of hair went flying so aggressively I knew from the start I was really in for it. My bangs are completely lopsided, I have an extra inch of length behind my left ear and behind my right is short. I could've cut my hair more evenly myself without a mirror. It's whatever, I often rock a messy look bc I'm on a budget but here's the kicker, I went to pay $35 as advertised for a short cut and I was charged $50. She spent 20 minutes on my hair (no kidding) and I was charged almost double what is advertised. I'm reverting to a buzz because it's so bad and negotiating was impossible once overcharged. Terrible service especially for a potential repeat customer as I live in the building.

I dont want to talk bad about anyone. Not my intention to trash anyone work. But when you provide a service, please try to make the service CONSISTENT. The gentleman who cut my hair was very friendly, but talked more than he cut. It took almost an hour to get a haircut that I spent $22 to fix the next day. Maybe it's my fault, for going to a place that did more than the average barber shop I'm used to. This is a salon, and he is a hairdresser, not a barber. Still a haircut is a haircut. Just not the place I'd recommend you go to if you need one.

Decided to try this place out for a hair cut. I was slightly hesitant since the last couple of places I’ve gone to just did not understand my hair and left me feeling dissatisfied (granted, I could have been more aggressive after seeing the cut). I got Ben as my stylist, and I am so happy that I got him! He listened to exactly what I said I wanted, made suggestions along the way, and always told me what he was doing. I have never gotten a stylist like that before. He tells you that you’re the boss when you’re in his chair and makes you feel like you’re being taken care of. And let me tell you, I had no surprises when I saw my haircut at the end - my haircut fits me perfectly and I love it! I will be coming back next time.

I think this is the best place! I am a fashion model and talent and I have loved going here for monthly cuts and my highlight no I had done by Gloria, the owner of 22 years, was fantastic and at a great price.

I'm a low maintenance kind of girl and this place fulfills every need. Stylish cuts at low prices. If you're not crazy particular about your hair stylist and don't want to pay $$$$$ then this is your kind of place. I always leave loving my new cut.

This place is trying to take advantage of customers. I walked in and ask a consultation about hairstyle, the front-desk introduced me to the man stylist. He asked me what hairstyle I want and did not offer any meaningful advice, after 15-20 minutes, he mentioned they charge $200 of consultation fee for 30 minutes and asked me to pay a prorated fee since we talked 20 minutes as he COUNTED. He kept me there trying to convince me to pay saying “I spent 20 minutes and that is how we do business.” I walked away and decided to write his review. People please u should confirm the price they would charge and avoid unexpected extra charge at end!
