Booked a Devacut with Tuwanna: I had a wonderful experience with Tuwanna! I haven't had a devacut in over two years and have been going through some hair loss during that time as well. She was patient, thorough, personable, and definitely exemplifies as an expert in her field. My 3b curls were brought back to life, and I'm so relieved I found my main hair stylist in Jax after looking these past three years. Highly highly recommend.

She explained her services in detail and guided me through the online booking process, making it simple and convenient. The quality of the service was outstanding. After reading reviews about this hair salon and especially about Zoey, I decided to book an appointment with her. And I am so glad I did!! She is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable about everything hair and had great tips for me. Absolutely love my new blonde color. I will definitely be back!

Zoey is fantastic! She gives you a cut, a shave, and even cleans up your eyebrows if you want so you can walk in a mess and walk out ready for date night!

Very friendly staff. I go here for Zoey, she is an amazing hair stylist & the only person I trust to touch my hair. I go between brown & blond and have had zero issues. She is an expert in her field and I recommend having a consultation with her. She offers a flexible schedule too!!

Went to see Katie at Hair Unlimited on recommendation from a friend for my 16 year old son haircut. We will be going back to see Katie for sure, what an awesome job she did!!! Highly recommend Katie or any of the other ladies in the shop!!

Each stylist is an independent contractor. We drive an hour to get our haircuts done by Isobel. She moved here because of covid and we followed.

I haven't cut my hair in three years and was very nervous about finding a new stylist. I called around to many places and finally found Andrea at Hair Unlimited. I drove 30 minutes, was a walk-in, and only waited maybe three minutes. She washed and conditioned my hair, waxed my brows, and cut dried and styled my hair. She paid attention to detail and really cared about her work and her conversation was great as well. I left feeling so beautiful and my pockets were happy as well as I only paid $65 and that included my $20 tip. I will absolutely be back to see her.

My previous stylist moved out of state. I called in to schedule a haircut, at the same salon, and specifically requested someone with experience. I was assured that would be the case. I arrived to my appointment before the hairdresser was there. When she walked in she did not greet me, she only asked who my appointment was with and walked away without saying anything else. She then went to her station and called me over. She did not have a good attitude. It was obvious she is not happy with her job and/or life. I informed her I had not had a chance to wash my hair and that it was dirty. She only wet it down with a spray bottle. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted. She proceeded to ask me SEVERAL questions as to how long the layers should be. An experienced stylist does not need to ask that many questions. I showed her the picture again. She proceeded to give me a cut with only two layers and said she was done, in less than 20 minutes. I indicated the picture shows more layers and requested she blow it out so that I could see what it looked like. She put product on my dirty hair. It stunk!! I have never expected any stylist to make my hair look exactly like a photograph, however, the cut I was given looked like someone who was still in Beauty School. I will not go to this salon again, as I was lied to about the experience of the Stylist and the Stylist was not receptive to what I was asking for as a paying customer. I would not even give the salon One Star.

Today I visited this salon for the first time. I went to this one looking for an appointment for a cut and color. But the receptionist was nice and told me that they only had room for one cut and It honestly was what I needed urgently. The young lady that was available was Andrea. Andrea was very kind. I loved my cut. I got the length I wanted and the shape. He was also kind enough to tell me the price before the blower. I hope Andrea continues to be the person who sees my hair. Brought my gf for a haircut and was told $25.00 for a simple haircut; no blowdry no wash by then another stylist said she could take care of us right away, convinced my gf for a wash but before everything was started the new stylist said her price was $40.00. I felt like I was buying a used car. I throw a fit and everyone is looking at me. Perhaps I should have said "I'm happy to pay $80.00 for the $25.00 haircut I was originally quoted

I went to this place for the first time for wash and blow my hair, I have made the appointment online. They called me to reschedule it and I got there earlier. The blonde lady that attend me was so rude and unfriendly. I cancelled my appointment and now I have to look for another place because I have a very important event today.
