I really appreciate Tracy. She is a very nice woman and has done my hair several times. Unfortunately, she does not do crochet styles and I was in a crunch, so she had one of her people do my hair. I am disappointed because it took almost 3 days to complete one hairstyle. But when I was supposed to come in for the the 3rd day, Camilla cancelled on me because I complained to Tracy that it was taking way too long. Six hours the first night and Five hours the second night was just too much for me. I have 2 jobs and to get home to only have an hour or two to sleep before going to work because I am sitting in a beauty salon for hours was just ridiculous. This is a crochet style not braids, twists or locs. I had no idea, nor understanding that it could take this long. The first person that did my hair in that shop, Annie, used glue to keep the hair in place so it was difficult for Camilla to remove. But if it takes that long to remove maybe it shouldn't be in there in the first place. Thank you Tracy, for trying to help me. But this was just a mess and a serious waste of time.

I was going to visit family in SC and for whatever reason I thought my bathroom was the shop and let YouTube talk me into thinking I was a stylist 🤣messed my hair all up lol, Miss Tracy got me in the day I called and got me right 🔥 they had everything going on in there , one chair was doing knotless bohemian, one was retwisting locs , amazing washer , had my scalp squeaky 🥴, young to mature it was a good vibe 😉

(LONG RANT) I was in need of hair wash and condition and they did not fell I was referred there by someone to Tracy and let me just say I don’t just let anyone mess with my hair but I’m a traveling nurse and could not walk around looking crazy I called spoke with Tracy mom Ms. Galine she said Tracy could not take me but she could and said I could come on in I arrived and walked in and everyone was pleasant I spoke with Tracy told her I was referred to her but it was no big deal just was having convo with her about how I found them then Ms. Galine (mom) took me to the back washed and conditioned me mind you I took braids down and did not comb my hair she had patience did not complain then she sat me under dryer to deep condition unbeknownst to me Tracy came and washed me out and took me on as a client even though she did not have to because I was good with moms I say all that to say expect GREAT service and compassion because anybody else could of said NO but she took time to go ahead and take me and I am more than satisfied it was just like I was home back in FL getting my hair done… I appreciate them so much and will be back as long as I am here…

Mrs Tracy, the shop owner, is an amazing woman with some skills!!! Go go see Carine to get my dreads done on the regular. Good atmosphere, down to earth people, and there’s even a barber there!

Very amazing salon I love my silk press and color. They are very welcoming and beyond amazing at what they do Ms.Carine made my day I definitely will be coming back! Mile High do not sleep on this salon,they can get you in and deliver a style you are guaranteed to love!

Very rude customer service over the phone. Didn't get any service done due to the woman that answered the phone and was impatient and rushed me off the phone. Then had me hold for 10 minutes
